Hello, and welcome to the brand new Europan Embassy. It's so new that the stickers haven't come off the windows yet. The opposite Embassy (or Consulate as we call it in Europa) has been opened.
We hope that we get to know your region, and the relations between our regions get stronger.
On a less formal note, the Embassy bar will be free of charge temporarilly, so feel free to drop by and have a drink.
There will be infrequent updates of affairs within Europa, but as the Europan times is not being done at the moment, they will be composed by myself.
:beerchug: :band:
Enjoy the opening "do".

Here's an update: New Update, hand-crafted in Europa. A nice week after the last.
Another big loss of nations, 10 this morning. We've lost our old Regional Cartographer, Argenland. Which was sad, but we knew it was coming, as we were forced to replace him with Adaptus as Carto as the map had not been updated from several months, due to his inactivity. We hope it was due to school or Uni, rather than anything serious. But we are getting a decent number of recruiters out there, but they just aren't coming to the region.
Internal Affairs: It's more or less grinding to a halt, as Orioni is inactive, EE (EuropaEmpire, our founder0 saying that he is going to be less active, SG (Senator Gaius) going to Uni and Tamurin, another senator, busy with his last exams and job hunting.
Foreign Affairs: We've set up two new Embassies, one in the Federation of Allied Nations and one in Hyrule. I suspect i'm going to have to be Diplomat to both for a while, until we get some new blood.
In the Role Play section, everything is also slowing down, but Adaptus's internal conflict is attracting attention from several sectors.

Another shiny new Update from your favourite Greater Holy Empire on the goings in Europa
Numbers-wise: We have appeared to have stabilised at 220-ish, with no old friends dying off, which is always a relief. We will PM older members with dead nations, in hope of inticing them back.
Internal Affairs: Again, its' a case of All Quite on the Europan Front. Although the inactive senators are returning, which will hopefully jump-start the gubbins of the EuroGov.
Foreign Affairs: Slow again, so not much to report.
Role Play Section: has picked up again. The war in Adaptus has been concluded, with the forces of the Communist Liberation Front being defeated and their leader captured. War almost started when I repeatedly pledged my support for terrorists within the Allied States of Meteorola , to which he responded by kidnapping all Tagmatines in the Allied States. This may or may not develope, as he is visiting Oz on October the First. The Chosen Nations has created another diplomatic crisis, after insulting the memory of the Sublime Principate of Akiiryu's recently dead prince. Also, Haken has created a balance to that of Vanarambaion's Alliance. We're still discussing the name to head our sheets of paper.
Myself: Enjoying a nice cuppa and listening to PennyWise's Bro Hymm.

Another update, hand-crafted in Europa by me.
Numbers We've had another fall in numbers, now going down to 220. I haven't been around much this week, so I am unsure for the reason. But we need to pick up recruiting again.
Internal Affairs Still too quiet, but we have solved the case of the missing delegate, with Orioni assuring us that she is still about and in charge of the region. So there is no reason for us to worry, although it has brought home the idea that we really do need to get organised.
Foreign Affairs Quiet, although Tamurin, one of our senators, was contacted about starting relations with a small region called United States of Great Nations, which hopefully will flourish.
Role Play Section This has picked up again, although it has been a quiet week. Our Cartographer, Adaptus, has something in the pipe-line, Akiiryu's having a coronation after the death of his previous Prince and we are going to open up the old RP about the insults from the TCN. Nevareion Nova has been set up in Europa to provide a refuge for the fugitives from the Civil War in Q102, whilst Haken's alliance are still talking about administration.

Yet anther update, bit late because of exam-time. Yay!
Numbers Yet another fall, now to 211. I swear it is only me and Pirilao doing recruitment. I need to bully some others into doing it in the other 'The Pacifics'...
Internal Affairs All quiet again.
Foreign Affairs Ditto
Roleplay Picking up. Indeed, it is probably the most active part of our region. We've had a few deletions, and a return for Byzantium Nova. There has been several islands created by our Cartographer Adaptus in an effort to make things more lively. Nev ain't been about, so the Nev Nova thread's run aground. The Akiiryan Prince has been crowned, in a ceremony that a lot of the crowned (and non-crowned) heads are turning up to.
That's probably not it, but I'm having a brain-lapse because of too much work. I'll add stuff one when it recovers.

Update No. 6, rather late, due to college work and several illnesses, like a cold earlier last week, and now a bad reaction to yesterday's tetanus injection, which has given me mild feverish symptoms. Yay! Numbers Up again. This is due to the immagration of a handful of nations from Europe (spelt with an E ) due to a bit of a fall out with other members in that region. This has led to numerous accusations of this and that, which have now hopefully been sorted out. Internal Affairs Getting back on track. There has been discussions of re-starting the The Europan Army (TEA), which will once again be the scourge of invaders everywhere. Foreign Affairs Again, getting back on track. I'm not sure if we have ambassadors to all of the we have embassies/consulates to, but there we go. Role-Play We're attempting to salvage this section, after the numerous cock-ups we have had on this front recently. The new European immagrants have settled in well and are adding to regional life. Bhalman (New Caldari) is having a civil war, as is Deltannia. There is a Tagmatine presence in both of these. Xheng, one of the Europeans, has set up an alliance to counter both the League of the Treaty and the Alliance. There has also been discussions on the future of Europan RP and about the numerous, pointless war topics dotted about. Well, that's it for this week. Until next time!

Another update, to be presented to Hyrule forthwith. Hand crafted in Europa by Tagmatium Numbers Floating around 215-ish, so this isn't such a bad thing. A couple of the Europeans have left, although they are keen to remain on good terms with Europa. Mendesia has expressed a wish to return as the European Diplomat... Internal Affairs Work has begun on the new Europan Constitution. With a thousand monkies, or possibly baboons, working at a thousand type-writers, it will be the greatest constitution ever seen. In all seriousness, we're slowly working through it. The Chosen Nations has suggested a very good trial system. Discussion has ranged about the role of the General of the Army in the government, indeed if an army is needed anymore. The number and roles of the ministries is also a bone of contention. Foreign Affairs We have been approached by Merooc from the region of Moksha with a request for an embassy. We'll see how this goes. Once the constitution has been properly written, we will be able to carry out Foreign Affairs properly. Role Play Bhalman's Civil War has been halted for a bit, but the Deltannian event is continuing. Discussion has begun about an Ide Jiman Civil War, set in the period of 1932-1956. We have also entered No-War November, an attempt to reverse the spate of poor role-plays over late Summer and Autumn. Until next time! Pacdude: Let's hope that wasn't an attempt at sarcasm
