Although the Ambassador was in and out, the new drapes, covered in dancing squirrels, were hung beautifully and the remaining furnishings were wonderful. A gorgeous centerpiece of white lilies, sitting on a low, round coffee table filled the air with their aroma. The rest of the furnishings were meant for comfort - soft pillowed couches and chairs, woven rugs in bright, intricate patterns and a fully stocked kitchen. The Ambassador, who really couldn't tolerate alcholol, hoped visitors with questions wouldn't mind, but the fridges had been stocked with chocolate milk, and the cupboards filled with Twinkies. Hopefully, these comforts would make the nations of Hyrule feel at home in the East Pacific Embassy. Their two regions seemed to have much in common.

But, as always, there are still many people who like beer. I'm not one of them.

But, as always, there are still many people who like beer. I'm not one of them. Hi Nessnorlax, I'm not crazy over it either , but I also couldn't take the chance that I'd brought an alcholic squirrel :squirrel: (and yes, we do have them!) with me from the EP! Kanga

"Hmmm...chocolate milk needs to be replaced...past its expiry date...requests for beer...maybe we should restock. Still have enough Twinkies, but please see to it that the chocolate milk is fresh and that we have a small quantity of both ale and lager on hand before the Ambassador returns. I'm sure she won't mind. Any sign of fridge owls?" :giveme:

Yes, please contact the local Hyrulean Drink Comission for your supply of drinks. Should be around embassy row. As you have diplomatic immunity, you can have all the drinks for free!

You might want to hide the alcohol whenever the ambassador general visits...

"OH NO! The Ambassador is back!" "You know my feelings about alchohol. If the Ambassador General caught wind of this, and I think he already has, you and I could both be out of a job! I realize you were trying to be polite to our hosts, but the rule here at the Embassy is chocolate milk only!!! Your job requires you to see that it is always fresh, and that there is always a fresh supply of both twinkies and flowers. You know that. Now please, no more going behind my back. I will now need to find the Delegate, the Ambassador General and anyone who drank spoilt chocolate milk!" To all who drank spoilt milk, please accept my sincere apologies. Delegate, I believe you and I are of the same mind with regard to beer, and I do apologize. Ambassador General, consider it hidden.

The Ambassador turns away, not wanting to interrupt a private moment...
