"I did not come here to be lectured by a nation who has only just decided to come into the political arena. Who are you to tell me what to do or what I've done wrong?
"I came here to try to bring this region together. Clearly everyone is too busy looking out for themselves to do such a thing. If they will not sign a treaty to come together to further the peace process as one, then how will they do it singly?
"And if people are going to lose their temper and storm out then I can see no further point in me being here. If anyone wants the help of the United States from now on they will have to come to me."
With that President Bush left the podium and the room heading for his motorcade.
Half an hour later Air Force One had its wheels up and was headed back to Robengrad, with President Bush's plans for peace in tatters.......

Emperor Tojo stepped up to the podium and said, "I wish President Bush did not storm off. I would now like to bring up the ideas of a standard bill of rights for POWs, since war will unfortunately be apart of the region at one point or another. And, it would be nice to know that they are safe from torture or things of the sort."

King Miguel stepped up after a long silence and said: "Dear friends, regarding the HTO, as a former HTO V1.0 member, and one of the older nations of Hyrule, as well a quite powerful one, I would like to give you my opinion about this matter. I don't agree with the creation of the HTO Security Council, because I believe that it will led to what happened to the HTO v.1.0... where if you were not part of it you would be considered a rogue nation and if you made a bad move, all the HTO nations would attack you with all possible and impossible weapons. I can only agree with an HTO Security Council if all the nations that are part of the HTO (that acts as a United Nations of Hyrule) are part of it (and not only 3) have equal votes regarding attacking or not a rogue nation. And I can only agree if using of the military strength is only used as a last resource. I've seen to many wars in Hyrule and let me tell you that as a neutral nation that we will not be taking part on any wars, and the only exception that we make regarding this is if a nation really poses a really big threat to the regional security and if it can't be solved by any diplomatic efforts (this diplomatic efforts are not only made during a week and then we go to war. Negotiations can take years). And just to finalize my words I would really like to state that it's really a peaty that President Bush of Robengrad left us. Thank you all and I really hope that you understand my point of view."

indeed that i do but his head got way to big for his shoulders. he fails to learn from history and it seams that he does not care. he feels that any nation that has not been in the open or been a strong player is not very wise but sometimes the real strength is not from being the one giving orders or lectures but by listening to people and seeing things from a different perspective. he fears these terrorist but are they really terrorist or rebel fighters. in the past some of your nations have had rebellious groups try to take power from a government that they did not like and they used some very drastic measures. Are these people not by chance doing the same thing. as i am emphasizing we need to learn our enemy's and understand them. if they are fighting for the words of a doctrine that they believe to be the word of god then they only way to defeat them is to teach them the falsehood of this image if it is false by picking apart their scriptures. but if their scripture is true then we must join them in their religion. if they are fighting for a political purpose like a foreign nation that was forced upon their lands then the reality is that such a nation must leave or reconcile into the original nation that had occupied the region. for their claim is more true and deserving then a nation of peoples founded in the recent time as an intervening force of outside regions. but as i said we need information. a willingness to work together is necessary but not to become a single Borg Collective. our nations individuality is what makes us strong. compromise brings about stronger plans and designs. it is what keeps a marriage strong. it is what keeps a nation unified and united. we do not need an official body of an elite few to bring compromise. forums such as this are enough. so let us strengthen the region by cooperation and sharing of information on common foes. and let us understand our enemy's further and turn them to friends

Nakar Kor, who had been silent for much of the debate, spoke once again. "This debate has devolved into a war of insults and selfishness. Apparently, it is too much to hope that infidel slime like this can overcome their greed for the common good. Iam disgusted. I would leave right now if I didn't still hope that this conference could accomplish something. So, if it's not too much trouble, can we get back to some sembleance of civilized debate?"

President Bush stood up and spoke once again.
"Dear friends of Hyrule, it appears as if this conferance will go n for ages with nothing being done. As I am nuetral to all nations, I will do what Presidetn Bush has done. I have decided upon leaving. Should anyone else wish to have further relations with my nation, you can reach me via telegrams, and we can discuss things on a individual basis. I appologise for leaving premauturely, but my nations needs some attening to."
He then walked off towards the exit, and flew back to Spain.

Emperor Macarono woke up from the pleasant sleep he was having, and saw in a few seconds that this meeting was going nowhere. At first, he said nothing and tried to go back to the two Brazilian ladies of his dream, but the room was too noisy with pointless rabble and bickering. He decided it would be much easier to sleep on his jet, flying back home. He got up and left without a word, though he didn't think anyone noticed.

Amongst the ruckus in the hall Emperor Tojo left the conference with little people noticing, he left thinking, "This conference was worthless and nothing got done, all we saw was arrogance of some of the leaders." Leaving for his jet he swiftly got in his car and left.

seeing how everyone was beginning leave Indrejue got up, "seeing as how this is not going anywhere due to the insolence of some nations an the casual disregard of others we of Piekrom have decided to go back to our isolation. until you nations can learn from history. we will help nations solve economic problems or environmental issues an we will open some trade but we will steer clear of your wars. well good bye to you all." and with that Indrejue returned to his jet
