ooc: consider this a continuation of the epilogue post... that leads to a new thread
As Grand Moff Matthews entered his office to begin a day, he was startled to find Kaiser Saiedion Lucian sitting in a guest chair. The Grand Moff began to address him when Lucian cut him off.
"Many things have changed, Grand Moff. I was slow to realize the extreme danger and we lost Johanna. I am terribly sorry for that. The situation here is stablized. Unfortunately, people will suffer again. I have had sketchy reports of some unlicensed bioengineering going on in the world. I do not know yet if the Shop is involved or a newer corporation is beginning to gain power. I do believe it is starting in Israel, my Reich territory."
Lucian then moved from his chair.
"But for now, I shall let you know that I am no longer the Kaiser." Looking at the astonishment on Matthews' face, Lucian smiled. "No, I am no longer the Kaiser. I am the Fuhrer."

OOC - Oh, I know that, and I myself don't really care about Hitler or whatnot (my own country is openly racist, mind you). It's just that I think its extremely odd that one major totalitarian regime in Hyrule (Hess's Robengrad) has been replaced with a 'copy' that greatly resembles the old.
