"Here is your Sky News update at 7:15 p.m.
"The military build up in Malaya and Singapore continues, yet nothing has actually yet come of it. With the Prime Minister now back in London; Canton Rogue forces are now landing troops.
"The Prime Minister has offered an invitation to the leaders from the SPQR and Canton Rogue to meet him in London. He is particularly keen to speek to with delegates from Canton Rogue due to the large ammounts of their troops on British soil.
"He has also desperately tried to make contact with President Davis to discuss the war in Indochina, though the President and his country have not been heard of for some time.
"Now the sport..........."
OOC - I just want to see who is still here. Others that want to join in please do, I want RP to start off again so I have something else to do other than my dissertation......PLEASE RP!!!

Marcus Theafer looked over the reports of the conference in London. He did not know exactly who he should back, the French or the Coalition. His mind was put to rest when an aide suggested that he should ask London if he could attend the meeting in order to get more facts on the warring factions. He sent a First-Order Message to the Prime Minister:
Dear Mr. Prime Minister,
If it is alright with you, I would like to attend your conference in London. Clamparapa would like to offer its assistance to one side, or at least hear the arguments of both sides before coming to a decision. I hope you make the right choice in letting us attend or not. We will not hold it against you if you find it best to keep us out of the conference.
Highest Regards, General Secretary Marcus Theafer

Dear Mr. Theafer,
I would be honoured if you joined us in London. I would welcome your input to discussions. We will not pressure you to join any form of coalition or treaty, as we ourselves are part of none.
I look forward to meeting you in person.
Yours, Prime Minister Tony Blair

Nakar Kor was intrigued by the events unfolding in Britain and Indochina. He sent out a message to Prime Minister Tony Blair, requested a seat at the conference.
Dear Prime Minister,
I have a desire to attend your conference in London. Nakarak continues to grow and prosper, and perhaps we could come to an arrangement which would assist you in your crisis and allow us to share with you the fruits of our golden age. We would also wish to have a chance to prove that we are as skilled in peace as we are in war. With your permission, I shall leave for London with all due speed.
Nakar Kor Chosen of Dar Leader of the Kingdom of Nakarak

OOC: I'm not entirely sure what we could do about Indochina to be honest...We could say that it fell apart like with the French Confederation or try and continue it...
IC:
"How are things looking Roberto?" Consul Cicero asked the captain of his private jet, a person whom he had also become fast friends with during his long tenure in office.
"Good sir...We are due to arrive in London shortly. I've already made contact with air traffic control at Heathrow so there shouldn't be any problems."
Cicero nodded in approval before closing the door to the cockpit and returning to the main area of the jet, finally settling down with a book and glass of wine as the last 30 minutes of the flight ticked by...

OOC: Or I could have Dimitrov Ingraslov take over Indochina.
IC As the plane took off, Theafer studied the maps of London, plotted out a course to the conference and sat back to sleep the rest of the way. Just as he approached the ocean a message was handed to him. He read it with great despair. A man he had great respect for, Timmothy Mathews, had died. Theafer was stunned and felt sorrow for the loss. He would surely bring the former Moff's death up with Tony Blair at the conference...

The plane carrying Marc Dentonine had just boarded his private plane for the short half hour hop over to London when he too received news of Timothy Matthews death. It shamed him that he had to attend the conference over attending his funeral, but higher priorities existed, and he ensured that any foreign diplomats who decided to go to the funeral would be well met. He too would also add in the death of him to Tony Blair at the conference...

As Officer St. Louis entered his jet he became apprehensive, he had not left the country in years and it would be the first time since coming out of seclusion but he boarded his jet none-the-less and headed toward London. He though since he was going to London for the first time that he might take in some of the sights so he brought his family with him even though it is a long flight from Buenos Aires.

"Now for your Sky News update: It has been announced today that Her Majesty the Queen will greet the delegates from many foreign nations arriving at heathrow along with Prime Minister Blair.
"With many delegates due to arrrive within the hour bothe the Queen and P.M. are already waiting at Heathrow's VIP terminal.
"The conference is expected to last 3 days, during which it is expected that the plight of North America is to be discussed, as well as the Indochina situation."
OOC - Basically I've decided to temporarily take over as forces in Indochina, so we can wrap that up without massively altering whats going on in other RP's. Also thought that the demise of Iggy sets up an opportunity to create a united front and do some humanitarian style RP's in the old CSA. What you think?

OOC: I have been bogged down with school work lately so that is why I have not been on for a while. And I would be fine with that type of RP
IC: Prime Minister Tony Blair: I am sorry for the late response but I have been severely ill lately, and just got your message. I would like to send a delegate to your conference, my minister of state if it would be alright with you.

Tony Blair sat in the VIP lounge at Heathrow. In the distance he could see the row of aircraft carrying their respective dignataries approaching to land. He stood up and prepared to greet the foreign leaders.
As he did so he noticed the Royal car pull up outside, "Ah." he said to himself, "I wasnt prepared for this." As the queen got out of the car, followed by her husband, Tony walked over and offered her his hand, "Your Majesty, what an honour this is."
"Yes don't worry Tony, I'm not here to give you orders, just to make sure the foreigners see who is in charge of the Empire."
"Thats what I was afraid of" Tony thought to himself, "As it should be Majesty. Please the first jet is landing shall we go meet our visitors?"
"Lead on Minister." said the Queen.
The two leaders proceeded to the tarmac, as the first jet taxi'd over. ------------------------------
Emperor Tojo:
I'm sure the Prime Minister would be glad to have you attend the conference here in London. He hopes to have greater discussion with you following your meeting in Malaya. Please attend as soon as you are able.
Yours Michael Howard Foreign Secretary for the British Empire
