I was thinking since at some point or another a cabinet memeber can not fulfill their duties, and the Chancellor may not always be there or resing in the middle of their term. I suggest we have a postion where if a Cabinet member can not fulfil their duties then this new person takes on their responsibilities. Opinions?

Can't we perhaps use the MoIA for that? That way, we 'recycle' the position a bit

Well I thought about something like that, but I wasn't sure how that work because don't they already have a job, though rarely used?

Okay then have th MoIA have th job, if a position is not fulfilled for a some reason or another then the MoIA will take it if the Chancellor could not.

Or how about, if a member feels that they may resign or something, they could assign a Deputy to finish there terms. Also, maybe a selected member, can be assigned to be a possible backup, if it does happen. Who knows what i am saying lol XD.

Yes, the MoIA doesn't do very much at the moment, so we could use him as deputy minister too. Remember that it also says in the regional constitution that any minister is allowed to appoint someone as deputy minister if needed, too.

I do have a suggestion for the MoIA. They could be the ones to deal with Regional Elections and General Voting (except for the UN/Embassy Opening voting).
Creates voting threads, watches the elections, and gives the final vote in the following categories of: Regional Elections Constitutional Adaptations General Laws (and anything else that applies)
I left embassy opening off b/c that is the MoFA's department

Yes that would be good, as long as it is not his own election, make it a little bit more fair.

Yes I like the idea too ... Though I don't see much of the MoFA's task to watch Embassy-elections, Ness is always doing that ... And perhaps the chancellor will watch over the MoIA's election then?

The main reason the founder is the one who watches over elections is because she cannot run for any position in the cabinet. Its kind of confusing when you have like two or three people watching over elections.
