Charles Lucian and William Lucian sat in the Presidential Office and looked at a new report. William looked rather nervous before he asked, " Charles, is it confirmed that our father is truly in custody?"
Charles scowled for his brother to be silent. "Shush you fool. The man in the casket at our father's funeral was his double. Be silent about this, we do not need anyone to know that Saiedion lives. It would destroy everything we have set ourselves to do."
William just stared. "Like what?"
Charles just smiled. " Like setting a new path to destroy the world and set us off on the path to ultimate power."

Siberia, Non-Aligned Territories
Saiedion Lucian looked around in his room, if you could call it a room. The barest of amenities, a single bed, chair and table, and a small bathroom. The most depressing of all, could be the small, barred window that showed him the only view of the outside. Though when you are in the coldest of climates, there is not much to see. But you feel it is better than nothing.
"I must find a way out. And the only way I can is to break out. I have seen and heard reports that my sons have betrayed me yet again. They first ordered a preemptive strike in Israel so long ago. And then capturing me in the dead of night, and poisioning my double to make it look as if I had died. This is unforgivable."
The former President of Protoa was not guarded very well, being that no one really cared if the man died or disappeared. As long as the guards were getting their paychecks, and Lucian didn't appear in public, then everything was good.
The days went on, and Lucian came to realize that Marcus Theafer had retired, former Grand Moff Matthews had passed away, and his sons had set the course of Protoa to be one of the most hated regimes ever.
"I will get my freedom. I will restore the TRUE Imperial Empire of Protoa. I just need to act. And the time to act is now."
Lucian walked up to the door and motioned the guard to come over. When the guard reached the door he said, " Yeah, what do you want?"
Lucian simply replied, "Just a token of my appreciation to you." And then Lucian reached through the bars and snapped the guards neck. Holding the guard's limp body, Lucian then extracted the keys from the guard and let the body unceremoniously fall to the ground. Then with a turn of the key he was free, but not out of danger yet. He rifled through the guards belongings, money here, a nightstick there. Ah! A small 9mm pistol! Handguns were officially not permitted, but unofficially the guards felt more proud to carry a weapon. That would mean there demise.
Walking through the hallways, Saiedion noticed that the building was not that large, and it looked very unkempt. Killing 2 guards later, he searched the entire grounds, finding that only 3 guards were stationed there. "It must be because it's in the middle of Siberia and there is no nation that is close enough for hundreds of miles. Why guard something that can be forgotten?" Lucian thought.
As he walked outside he noticed that the guards must have carpooled here, for there was only 1 small economy car. Checking the keys he swiped off the guards, he found the one that started the car. It was at that point he totally forgot about the radio in the guard's office. He hurried inside, reached the office and turned the radio on. It was semi-sophiscated, with a transmitter and a visual display that could type orders rather than broadcast them, making it harder to intercept. It was then that he sent a few messages to his former allies.
To Colonel Saul Tigh,
I know that you are not Marcus Theafer. That you hate fascism and Communism. However, those days are gone for me. Marcus would remember that I was trying to set up a democracy when I was captured. I am not dead, repeat I am alive. I belief I am in Siberia or somewhere remote and cold. I am asking of your help to free me and restore the freedom of the Protoan people.

This Saiedion Lucian. Despite the apparent death of me, I am alive. When I was planning on setting up a constitutional monarchy and a democratic stance in my nation, I was captured, and my double was poisioned, to make it look as if I had died. I am not dead, repeat not dead. If you could come and rescue me I would be forever grateful, for you would not only free me, but also free the Protoan people from a tyrannical regime. I am pleading my case to you. As soon as I get in the vehicle I am driving I will try to send my coordinates.

"Well, it's his trademark sign off with the message."
"Still, this could be a trap."
"But what do we have to lose, if all we send is a special forces team to pick him up."
"You're right. Notify the CRISF to immediately stand by for an operation. Meanwhile, if it is Saiedion, I'll notify him and tell him that we're prepping a SAR team for him."

This is President Marc Dentonnine. While I am skeptical about this, I believe that you are the former leader. We are having our special forces team be ready to move out to rescue you. If possible find a place where we can land in aircraft to pick you up.

This camp out in the wilderness of Canton Rouge served as an airfield, training facility, and barracks for the CRISF, or Canton Rouge Internal Special Forces. It was here that the residing team got word that they would be called on to rescue the former leader of Protoa.
"The plan is this," the residing officer told the rescue team. "Using our C-130 transport aircraft, we will head out North on a 5 degree heading to where the Skagerrak enters the North Sea. From there, switch to an East North East heading on about 52 degrees until you encounter the town of Motala in Sweden. Switch to a heading of 20 degrees from there until you reach Lulea, where you will head out East into Finland, and from there, Russia and Siberia."
'When the team crosses into Russia," he continued. "We will refuel you there with one of our outpost tanker units. Expect another refueling once you cross into Western Siberia. Meanwhile, while in flight, we will update you with the coordinates of Mr. Lucian's location. And one last thing, there is rain expected throughout all of Scandinavia and western Russia. Any questions?"
None were heard. This pleased the commandant, who wished his team the best of luck, then sent them off to the awaiting C-130 on the airfield. The time had come to see if this was a scheme, or if this was the truth...

United Provinces of Canton Rouge,
I have found my location. It is near the abandoned city of Voyevoli, in the Evenki Province. I will be waiting for your team for extraction. Do not identify to anyone why you are in this airspace. I do not want anyone to know that I am returning to Protoa. It will catch the leaders of Protoa overguard. I have already contacted General Saren and he couldn't believe that I am alive. He will be waiting in Essen will his Garrison to provide support to invade and retake control of Protoa.
I have also been in contact with a few new Protoan Generals, being General Palleon and General Mifune. They are stationed in Berlin. I reached them after General Saren revealed that their true Emperor was alive. I will speak to you after I have returned to civilization to start the retaking of Protoa and restarting the democracy I desperately tried to begin. I thank you again for answering my hails and await your team's arrival.

Our rescue team is already inbound to your location. Once the team arrives, you must be quick to load up as if this is a restricted airspace, we must be quick to extract you before anyone finds out. In addition, we need to know where to land back in Europe once you arrive.

For the past twenty hours, the rescue team had been flying nonstop to reach Saiedion before anyone else did. The vast majority of the flight was spent flying low to avoid radar detection from Protoans, the Swedish, and the Russians. Now, the flight had at last reached the general area where Saiedion was.
Before making the landing near Voyevoli, the team made one communique to Saiedion:
"Mr. Lucian? This is Delta Team of the CRISF. We are now landing near your location. Be quick in loading up, as the longer we idle here, the more likely we will be discovered."
Now, it was do or die for the team. If Saiedion made it quickly, then everything could go as planned. Otherwise, it would become another chaotic scenario that might not have a bright future...

Saiedion Lucian watched as the CRISF helicopters circled where he was at, and he flagged them down. As the chopper touched down, he approached the team and looked at the young men in front of him. Many appeared to know who he was and they all had the look of shock.
"Don't worry boys. The Russians here are too busy trying to fight themselves, they won't be much of concern, but haste is needed. We have a lot of progress ahead of us."
3 days later...
"Well, well, I am glad to see you made it alive, Mr. Lucian." President Dentonnine said.
Lucian smiled. "Yes, I am glad also. But we have a difficult time ahead of us. General Saren has made contact with the other remaining forces in Protoa. They are standing down to any orders to attack you or anyone else. General Palleon and General Mifune in Berlin has instructed the Protoan Navy and Airforce to begin the blockade and patrol of Protoan waters and airspace. The only remaining forces lie in the heart of Berlin, where the staunch supporters of Fascism still live. They will fight to the death to protect Charles and William. However, their weakness is that they will protect outside attacks while we go in from above."

"Murdered?! They were murdered?! How can this be?" Charles Lucian stood in his office while talking to a contractor in Siberia.
"Well did he escape? You're not sure? Well goddamnit you better figure out where he is or so help me god I'll strangle every one of you Russian punks!"
And with that, Charles slammed the phone into the receiver.
WIlliam watched his brother and then began to speak. "My brother, we have a problem. Apparently, somehow, it was leaked to the military that Saiedion might be alive and somewhere in the world. They have committed a coup and they have broke off contact with Protoan command. With exceptions to the garrison we have in Berlin, we are no longer in control of the military."
Charles then swore and walked to the window.
"Goddamn it. We had the perfect scheme. It was working perfectly and with purpose. Now we have lost contact with the world. We can't even abdicate if we wanted to. I have a sneaky feeling inside that our father is close, very, very close...."

4 days later...Nighttime 22:37
With the help of Delta Team of the CRISF, Saiedion Lucian was able to board a helicopter and begin his step towards gaining his nation back. Free and clear of all Protoan land/air due to the military coup it was no trouble for the Canton Rouge troops as they approached Berlin. It was only when they started to land at the Imperial Palace that they began to get fired upon from the guards on the roof. The Delta Team was known for being experts in sharpshooting, quickly defeated the guards on the roof.
"Check your six!"
"Copy. Move into position!"
Lucian decided to accompany the men, brandishing a Heckler & Koch G36 Assault rifle given to him by the Canton Rouge troops. He led them to a door on the roof that led inside. It was then that the Delta Team cut the power to Palace. The Palace was then shrouded in darkness, Delta Team members in night vision and on track. The Canton Rouge forces quickly made work of the Fascist guards and moved towards the Stateroom. When they entered, Lucian took iniative and dispatched the soldiers guarding Charles and William. It was then that the Delta Team signaled to the team on the roof to restore power.
Charles and William looked astounded. "Father, you're alive!" Charles exclaimed."What are you doing to your own countrymen?"
Saiedion scowled at his son. "Don't look so suprised at me being here. I bribed the guards in Siberia, and they told me the whole story. You and William have committed the most horrific treason that I could ever dream of. My faithful troops are rounding your men up. You and your brother are under arrest!"
As if he spoke the command to approach, a aged Protoan General walked into the door. He motioned to the Delta Team that it was alright, showing his ID card that, in fact he was General Saren.
"Mein Emperor. Mein True Lord. You have returned and I am estatic!" He then motioned to his troops to arrest the brothers.
But as they went to arrest Charles, he reached in his pocket and grabbed his PPK pistol and shot a trooper, and then aimed it at Saiedion. Saiedion wasted no time, and even though Charles was his first born and son, he pulled the trigger. With a burst of Automatic fire, Charles went down. Saiedion then motioned with his rifle at William.
"William no doubt in my mind that Charles conned you into this. Will you accept his fate?" William shook his head no. "Then you are under arrest, and for the rest of your life."
Saiedion waited until William was taken away and then turned to the Delta Team.
"Thank you my friends. You have given me my life back and my nation. You are truly one of the bravest groups of soldiers I have ever met. Together, the Imperial Empire of Protoa and Canton Rouge can remain Allies and Friends for all time!"
Saiedion then turned to his General. "General Saren, I have heard reports in the Imperial Senate that they were never truly into the Fascist ideal and submit their apologies to ever keep Charles in control. I want you to send out a broad spectrum communication, decreeing that Protoa is a Constitutional Monarchy and that Democracy will prevail, and all are welcome to start a new relationship in the newest and grandest chapter of Protoa!"
"Jawohl Mein Emperor. Jawohl!" And with a salute, he left to send the triumphant news.

Hyrule Breaking News
In a stunning show that Saiedion Lucian never truly dies, a military coup has overthrown the Fascist Regime of Protoa. The Imperial Empire of Protoa is now a Constitutional Monarchy with Saiedion Lucian as Emperor. Yes, the same Saiedion Lucian that was going to begin a formal Constiutional Monarchy in Protoa almost 3 years ago. He did not die, he was captured and placed in Siberia where he would live the rest of his life. But he escaped, and with the help of Canton Rouge, returned to Europe and retook control of Protoa.
Saiedion Lucian has also stated that he wishes that all nations that once distrusted the Fascist Regime of Protoa to forgive and forget, as he wishes to establish new relations with all nations.
