Okay, I've filled in some things and cut out RPing for this update as it hasn't been too active this month - but if it does pick up later on it could be added back. If you have any ideas for which to contribute, as always, contribute them.
The News from Hyrule

Region
-The regional refounding has pretty much been considered a success, with over 150 nations moving (including some that were ejected because they didn't leave) back to Hyrule. Roughly 50 nations remain in New Hyrule, however most of those are inactive nations.
-Regular recruitment resumed on the 17th of this month. Currently, Ness Snorlaxia, Dundee West, Yesmusic, and Limitless have helped out!
-A Hyrule Wiki has been opened up, a place where all nations in Hyrule can join, edit, and contribute. Feel free to take a look!
-The forums themselves have not been the most active in these past weeks, however. The RP section, which used to be the most active, is no longer such.
-South Malaysia is currently on tour of all regions Hyrule has diplomatic relations with! As of this update he has stopped by in Aberdeen and Canada.
Fourms
-The Regional Chatterbox and Interactive Fun Dodecahedron, considering the refounding, are still very active with random topics of the chatterbox and fun games in the Dodecahedron.
-There is no RPing news, as that part of the forum has died. Porcu is talking with several other major RPers to discuss a revampment of the RP forum.
-South Malaysia has started a topic proposing an idea for a regional capital as a way to help revive the region's roleplaying. This has sparked a discussion regarding ways to start IC roleplay about the regional government.
Government
-South Malaysia has replaced Ness Snorlaxia as delegate of region during the refounding of the region. Ness Snorlaxia will still be a high figure of the Region of Hyrule since she has became the founder of the region.
-Gnid has resigned from the position of Chancellor for personal reasons. Elections have begun to replace him, and currently Anontaea (who you know elsewhere as Limitless Events) and Buuyo are currently in the running to replace him.
-Ness Snorlaxia has propsed a minor revision to the regional constitution that would add the position of founder, makes the position of delegate an official cabinet position, and now allows any region or alliance in the game to request an embassy (if they have an offsite forum) if approved.
-The Atlantic has requested an embassy with Hyrule. Currently the vote is at 4 nations FOR opening one.
