The Chancellor serves as the head of the Regional Government. The individual oversees the Cabinet, to ensure the duties of each position within are being fulfilled by the individual elected to the respective positions, both effectively and properly.
The Chancellor is then charged with reporting to the Delegate in the event a Cabinet member is not performing his or her duties appropriately, and/or when an elected official is inactive.
In addition, the Chancellor is to routinely ensure the safety of the Regional Delegacy, alerting the Delegate of any potential threats to the region's highest and most vulnerable position.
