Any and every suggestion is up for grabs...

Lets try to get our regions back. Populations numbers are nice but we would be fine with 50 and active members than 450 with no one. That can be the last thing on the list. What about community? What could we do to make it better? Downsizing?

In other regions I've been in, we've tried fixing our activity problems, but I haven't seen a way that works yet...
