Proposal to the Senate from The Chancellery.
Consolidation of Government Act
Due to increased hardships hitting the regional government and community of Hyrule, the following proposal is to consolidate the government.
With the passage of this, the majority of the executive branch will be temporally consolidated with the legislative branch. The only positions not effected by this will be the Delegate and Chancellor.
The Chancellor will now be the Chancellor of the Senate, who will still act as Chief of State and give some executive oversight.
The WA Delegate will stay the same but will be temporally removed as Head of Government, but will act as the "Minister of Internal Affairs" of the region and the Ministry of Defense will be consolidated into the Delegate.
The President of the Senate is now the leader of the Senate and Head of Government, whom will make sure that the Senate is doing their duties
Ministry of Internal Affairs and Foreign Affairs will be consolidated into the position of Senator of Foreign Affairs, who will have the responsibility of keeping regions who we have embassies with updated.
Ministry of Immigration will now be the Senator of Immigration, who will have the manage the immigration of the region and help bring new members during our time of need.
Chancellor of Justice will now be Senator of Judicial Oversight, will ensure that the Senate with its new found powers keeps in place and that everyone is treated fairly.
The positions of being a Judge will be suspended until the day comes that they are needed again.
