Command and Conquer Red Alert Game RP Rules
-Each nation will receive 1 plot of land for every1 billion people in their Nation states nation.
-Then, each nation will gain x amount of money, depending on a random number generator.
1=1000
2=2000
Ect ect all the way to 5=5000
A Turn will consist of these possibilities, on a 20 Sided die
-You gain 1 plot of land (1-3)
-You lose 1 plot of land, unless you only control 1 plot (3-13)
-You gain 5 Medium (Allied) or Heavy Tanks (Soviet) tanks (13-15)
-You gain 5 Rifle infantry (15-18)
-You gain an ore truck (For each ore truck you control you receive an extra 200 Units of money) (18-20)
Then, for each turn, people will use their money to buy what they want. They must have the pre-requisite building in order to construct the more advanced units or buildings.
The way the game will work is like this. Please bear with me as I cannot think of how to write it out other than this.
-Each person will decide if they want to attack and who, or if they want to defend. If you defend, you use all of your units no matter what. If you attack, you must state with what units and what plot.
-If two people say they want to attack each other, then the attack will happen at a neutral site, and no buildings will be involved for their defend hit points value.
- If someone wants to defend, and they are attacked, then they will be able to use their units, plus their buildings in order to deal hit points. If you choose to defend, and no one chooses to attack you, then you get off free!!
-The way the damage will be calculated is this…I will total the damage Hit points for each person/team, and then subtract them from both sides. This means that I am simulating the attack as if everyone lined up and then fired all at the same time, and then went home because that’s the only way for me to be able to do it. Any extra damage will go to the enemies "Key Building".
-The way that the damage will occur will be with the weakest/ less expensive unit first. So For Example, with that said, your infantry will die off, then your tank, then your Mammoth tank
-At the end of each turn, every unit will go back to 100% full health, but the buildings will not. This will cause people to actually be able to kill the buildings off if they can get to them more than once.
-A new plot of land will cost 2000 Units of money, the only other way to gain a new plot is if you kill an enemy building-then you get another plot of land for each building destroyed.
-Infantry can move up to 5 units, tanks or other vehicles can move up to 10 units and airplanes/helicopters can move 25 units. A Plot of land is worth 1 Unit, and a plot of water is worth 4 units.
-If someone takes control of all of the same lettered plots during the game, they will gain an extra cash bonus. The Bonus is an extra 5000 Units of money at the end of every turn.
-People cannot attack more than 2 times in a row
-Everyone will have a "Key Building" Should this get destroyed, you must start over. It never heals itself and is only damaged when you are attacked and all units are destroyed.
-Everyone Starts with 3 Thousand Units of money
