"Welcome to the SDFR home of all your football needs. We apologize for getting this in almost a week late but communications have been faulty and we were unable to receive these messages so soon, but the first round of play is in the books and the 4 teams representing Starman Deluxe went out and returned with a combined record of 2-2
In the League 1 Match The Helvatrini Storm defeated Divisoria FC 3-1. Divisoria FC got off to a quick start scoring only 3 minutes in, but goalie Bryan Randolph quickly settled down and made 6 saves the rest of the way. Scoring was led by Jason Guitti with both the tying and winning goals. Brandon Michaels scored the insurance goal for the Storm with just over 9 minutes to play.
In League 2, the Fort Phoenix Marshals dominated the US Alessandria squad in a 2-0 win. Goalie Ray Gamble only had to make 3 saves while Vincent Liam and Mike Haney scored for the Marshals.
After League 2 though the teams of Starman Deluxe did not fare very well. In League 3 Minyaba FC fell to FC Python-Monty 2-0. Though the game was closely contested 2 serious errors allowed FC Python-Monty to take the lead and Minyaba FC was never able to recover
In League 4 The Mt. Ding Jun Warriors played a very tough and close match that looked like it would be a draw but in the 89th minute the Warriors let their guard down allowing Real Madrid to score the winning goal and giving the Warriors a tough 3-2 loss. Goals in that game were scored by Ahui Nan and Cesar Tenorio.
