Update reflecting the new minister

Now onto serious things: Updating the map. First of all, we need to get rid of Macarono's territory because he is no longer with us (May his nation R.I.P.) Secondly, we need to get those who still need their map holdings lodged in, given to them. Third, well, if you haven't already, check the awards post because some nations are eligible for an award based on their post count and or recruiting.

So please, kick back, enjoy a nice soda in the cooler, but don't be bothering me when I'm making the map, capiche?

Great Work so far! you have completed the ribbons with haste, ad have already taken requests and whatnot for the map! A true MoC if I've ever seen one. If you can keep up the quick replies and good quality, you will be the MoC for as long as you like!

I would also suggest that you try and make some Hyrule related "avatars" for our newspaper, since we are Hyrule. I dont know if the MoFO would approve of this, but the newspaper would be something that I think with your help, could be enhanced to be much better.
