First of all, with more than one person updating the map, it is important to set up a plan on who can update the map and when. This is to ensure that people don't try to upload different variations of the map all at once.
Second, I think we should all use a standard font when updating the map. I use Helvetica, and I can send it out, but Arial is a similar font.

Ya I tried to figure it out and used Arial, I am fine with Helvetica is fine. Schedule is whatever people want to do, either post what you are doing or assign what are you doing.

Well... in my opinion things should be like this:
If the Minister of Civilisation can't update the map, then the Founder is in charge of talking to the Deputies and see which one of them can update the map. If neither of them can do it... well... the Founder can update the map by herself.

@stargate/Clamparapa: If you want I can get you a decent pain program... and it's freeware. Just let me know if you need it. In my PC I use Paint Shop Pro 7.04... but this one is not free.

ya I would like it I only have paint. it works but still it is a little long.

I would reccomend using the GIMP, which is free and uch better than Paint.

I would recommend Paint.NET, because it's very easy to manage and it's also free.

I like using paint just because my computer is slow and won't download photoshop. I have experiance with it.
