Their embassy here was archived due to lack of activity. However, now they want to re-establish diplmatic relations. So, do you want to re-open our embassy with Nasicournia?

If I may offer an explanation...the person we assigned to do this did not post updates as they came out, and we only recently did a check to see who was doing the job properly. The region has been reassigned to me, so you'll start getting updates regularly now.

Well, because the person didn't come and the embassy was archived, we still have to vote to see if we will re-establish relations.

Maybe so. Anyway, the vote is currently at 8 for, 3 against, and 1 abstain. Please note that Pope Hope, founder of Nasicournia voted (ministers: please confirm that she did vote by clicking on "View Voters" under the poll), and we do not count votes from foreign ambassadors/others without a confirmed nation in Hyrule.

She did. However she could have abstained, so to see the progress. BUT Astarial did also vote and i don't think she has a nation in Hyrule either. There is only one abstain, so at least one Nasicournian voted 'yes' (I don't think 'no' is an option).
Even without these votes, however, it would have passed. I suggest in the future to add a line that says who may vote in such polls and/or make an ambassador option.

Well, she didn't vote abstain, I voted abstain, just because I don't know what to vote here ...

Hrm, this isn't exactly good. But, well, based on the people who voted, 7 for - 3 against -1 abstain, we open the embassy.
