Greetings and Salutations from the people of Torino! As Foreign Minister of Torino, I would like to extend the hand of friendship to your glorious region. I request that you allow us to set up an embassy here in Hyrule and allow relations to open up and prosper. Torino holds this region in the highest of regards and feels that a close working relationship could be achieved in the future. You can find our offsite forum at: z10.invisionfree.com/TrueTorino/index.php?act=idxI look foward to your reply. Yours, Kinonita Torinian Foreign Minister

Voting thread here.If you don't mind me asking, could you tell me more about your region? This is the first time I've heard of it, and so I don't know anything about your region.

Torino is a region with around 118 nations in it, with a very high level of activity. Our UN delegate has over 40 endorsements which keeps our regional strength high. I do apologise that guests are unable to see our forum. However, it is a busy hive of activity for us and we have a senate and cabinet that work hard to keep our region refreshed. We have an active RP section and even our own university. We are currently discussing the best course of action to take in running our own olympics and the best way foward. We have a strong military and active intelligence service.
Torino is also a founding member of NARDDO, alongside The Non Aligned States. This occured when the Torino founder nation decided to abandoned the region after causing trouble. Greater tirana, the NAS founder, decided to step in and it was agreed that he would take control of the founder account for Torino. A NARDDO official was appointed as interim President (me) to oversee the rebuilding of Torino. In just three weeks, Torino grew from 33 nations to over 80 nations. In this time a cabinet was appointed, senate created, constitution written and activeness was the best Torino had ever seen. AFter this period a new president was elected and Torino has stayed independant ever since.
I hope that this gives you a better insight into Torino, and I will discuss with our President allowing some restrictions are removed so that potential frineds, such as yourselves, may better see the workings of our region.

Thank you. I don't register on forums until diplomatic relations are official, and I don't really participate in any other regions except a few others I have nations in (I'm shy... ), so this is why I asked.
