Hi, I believe we suit the requirements for establishing an embassy. We have our forum address in the NS region page. Now, I understand that you turned us down before. I am sure you had perfectly valid reasons for doing so. But please, allow me a opportunity to put the case again. We are a democratic thriving region with more than 200 members. We have an active forum with proper democratic controls and a parliament which is always popular debating bills that people actually put time and effort into. We have a full cabinet of Prime Minister, his Deputy, Interior, Foriegn, Defence, Information and Speaker and there is a full secretariat so activity is high. This is along with forums for political parties, spamming and newspapers in which nations can publish their news. We share many of the same allies and this makes me think we share similar outlooks and principles in terms of how we want to see our regions develop and how we see the future of our region within the wider NS context. We have a thriving Rp section to allow people to blow off steam and make and break alliances almost at will, luckily this does not affect relations between people outside of RP Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Voting thread here. Some of your statements confuse me though. You said that we turned you down before, but no one from Liberalia ever registered and posted an embassy request on these forums before. The only reason we turn down embassies is if most people vote against opening one, and even then someone from that region can file the request again in a month. Also, what do you mean by "we share many of the same allies?" Hyrule is not allied with any region or multi-regional alliance.

Hi, thank you for your response. I realise now I didnt choose my terms properly.
the background is that first of all, I was informed that an embassy had been asked for by one of our people. It may be the case that this person was tasked with the job did not carry it through and I apologise for any confusion this has caused.
As for "allies", what I meant by that was people who you have an embassy with. I tried to think of an alternative term but struggled.
We share many of the same allies in that we have embassy with some of the people who you also have embassies with. Including Canada, Aberdeen, Jethnea, GB&I and UK.
I hope this clarifies the position further.

Hi, thank you very much for your consideration in the matter.
I read through the voting thread and I read a message from you concerned about the registration first rule that we have.
To be blunt, we had problems with people coming in and viewing information which was then leaked to rival regions. This was set up to require checks on the bona fides of any new member registering on our forums. We have also had problems with a person called Julio Trigman who threatens to try and overthrow our democratic systems. It is a preventative measure.
I shall assign an ambassador as soon as possible.
