OOC: Here's my expansion post, just like everyone else's.
IC: Border of Canton Rouge and unclaimed territory
Captain Tobias Krummler looked out over into the plains to the south of him. It was such a waste that the land there was not being used at all by anyone. And he figured that if no one else would bother with the territory, then Canton Rouge would proudly utilize the land.
Upon hearing the signal from the brass back at the headquarters in Reims, Captain Krummler ordered his unit to head out. It was time to bring the unclaimed part of France into the nation....
News Flash
It has been announced today that the Canton Rouge Army has moved south into central and eastern France with the intent of claiming the unowned land there. Although resistance is light, worries are coming up over what the neighboring countries will have to say about this. More later....
Executive Office, Paris
Grand Moff Matthews knew that Protoa and the SPQR would be the greatest opponents to the movement. So to the leaders, he wrote this:
To Fuhrer Lucian of Protoa and Consul Cicero of the SPQR;
I wish to inform you that although our army is moving south into unclaimed territory, we are respecting the international boundaries set up. To ensure that nothing goes wrong, we are only utilizing helicopters in our movements, and all units have been briefed on their area of operations. If you have any concerns still over this, feel free to respond.

OOC: Seeing as how the week long period between my expansion post came and went without anyone responding, this is the epilogue, I suppose.
IC: News Update
The world remains silent as the last of the unclaimed territories in France become lands of Canton Rouge. It is reported that in some sectors, the populace was willing to let our men in, but other places, there was fighting to be done to secure the area.
Already, the newly added territories are being integrated into Canton Rouge society, with the promise that the customs of the lands will still be kept. Thank you for tuning in.
