Nakarak, after a brief period of isolation preceding an important religious ceremony, has decided to reenter the world stage and to attend the conference in Protoa. Nakar Kor, always a staunch supporter of Sanar Lucian, will personally be in attendance.

Following Protoa's recent announcement of holding a conference, it has been decided that Canton Rouge will be attending. President Matthews has stated that not only does he wish to improve relations with neighboring Protoa, but also expand out into the world.

"Sir, Nakar Kor of Nakarak and President Matthews of the Reich State of Canton Rouge have pledged they will join the Conference."
"Good, Fields. Have my personal jet pick them up soon. We have much to discuss, and so little time."
The aide bowed and then turned to leave Kaiser Lucian to stare at the Cornerian landscape.

OOC: Sorry, I have been busy this weekend. I hope you don't mind me RPing one of your aides, Protoa.
Just as Lord Lucian ws about to leave, an aide burst in with a message. "Sorry for the lateness. I had to come off my break for this." He handed Lucian a letter and slowly backed out the door to escape any wrath his leader would have.
The letter said:
I will be in attendance at your conference. I would like to discuss with you our slow but soon-to-be noticeable change in government policy. Our flag is changing and our government will soon become a little more militaristic. Conscription will be encourage but not enforced. Other changes will be brought up at the conference, but for now they will be a secret. I hope you are well and I will see you at the conference.
Highest Regards General Secretary Marcus Theafer

ooc:its all good dude ;D
Lucian silently waited in his stateroom, soon he would be greeted by allies, and two Grand Moffs from his Reich States. Many issues had to be brought up, and Lucian pondered on how to go about speaking on them.
============================================
The Reich Guard stood in absolute silence at the Copenhagen Airport. The Reich's Presidential plane would soon arrive, carrying several important members of the Central Powers. As the plane began to descend, the Guard immediately turned to salute the jet as it landed....

Nakar Kor exited the jet, imposing as ever, but with a few noticable changes. His right leg was a prosthetic in the form of a bird talon. His eyes were filled with sadness mixed with smoldering anger, soon to burst into flame. And his ebony sword, the legendary blade of Nakana himself, was absent from his side. He nodded curtly at the guards, then proceeded forward, his honor guard of six Nakaran warriors struggling to keep up.
Following an aide, he was led into the stateroom where Sanar Lucian sat with two officials unknown to Nakar Kor. He crossed his arms in salute to Lucian, then said, "It has been too long, Sanar Lucian, but events have required my attention. Even now, I struggle to prevent an all out war of vengeance against all of the nations in the region. Something has happened which has never happened before." He paused, making an effort to compose himself. "It must wait for the beginning of the conference. All will be made clear when all are assembled."

Grand Moff Matthews was the next one to depart the jet, and it didn't take long for him to realize that Copenhagen was such a wonderful city, even by his standards. He wasted no time at following the next aide into the stateroom. And upon arriving, he nodded to Sanar Lucian and Nakar Kor, then took his seat. After sitting down, the Grand Moff removed the business jacket he had worn, revealing a standard issue army tunic, with the sergeant's insignia on it, and a couple of medals hanging on the right side. He patiently waited for the remaining delegates to appear, hoping to improve relations with all.

ooc: so you know...my bro's(zionir) is in school and can hardly get to post anything so i ll help him along
Lucian sat down at the front of the table in the room. He then began his speech.
"My friend Marcus Theafer of Clampapra will be arriving shortly. He is aware of most of the issues I have so he will not miss much. My allies, we have much to discuss. I know many of you favor your independence. I will not impede there. But I would all of you to adopt simple guidelines. I believe in free trade between us. Let us impose tariffs on the rest, so that our products remain mostly Central Powers. I also believe in extradition of criminals to the nation that they committed the crime in. I will also be forming a central hub of a governing council, where all the members of the Central Powers can go and state their issues or problems. That way things can be resolved before they get too serious and strain relations.
Canton Rouge, (Lucian nods to Grand Moff Matthews) is our newest member of the Central Powers. He, like Zionir (Lucian nods to Ace Counterfall) are Federated Reich States. Meaning, they are under the control of the Reich. That doesn't mean they aren't independent, it means that they are under military protection and follow most of the United Reich of Protoa's laws. They also have a say in Protoa's governing council, such as bring forward bills and voting on issues.
The main point of this meeting is the Nation of Nicassar. This nation has been deemed a Terror State, following the rebellion of the Zionir province of Qatar and Kuwait. Those Islamic rebels have since been defeated, but not everyone of them that surrendered was captured. Many of them spread to lands west of Kuwait and Nicassar. The United States of Robengrad naturally became involved in this crisis of the Reich, trying to impose a No-Fly Zone. We have come to believe that the United States is supporting Nicassar. We do not know if they will support the Islamic rebels, but the rebels may strike again. I have since put more troops in the provinces of Zionir and have enacted a sort of mutual agreement with the nation of Piekrom, a nation that borders Zionir.
The nation of Piekrom is under the protection of the Central Powers. If they are attacked, we all will help them and likewise. That goes for all of us. We all are in this alliance, and we all will support each other, no matter what our views are."

Marcus Theafer walked into the room and sat down in a chair across from Lucian. He could only hear half the speech but heard the part about the terrorists. He thought about it. If Nicassar did have Islamic Rebels, did that mean that they had some connection with Al Gedi? He didn't speak, as most Clamparapans did, in order to hear what he could before presenting his ideas. He waited for Lucian to go on...

Lucian saw Marcus walk into the room and nodded to him in Protoan respect. He then continued his speech.
"The point is, I have a feeling that the Islamic Rebels may have or one day will become allied with the Al Gedi. The main issues I have already brought forward. The other issue I have is, What should we do about Nicassar? I am for either invasion and destruction of the Islamic Rebels or simple sanctions that will deplete the nation to a position of international poverty. We all have a say. So I will hear from you."
Lucian then sat down and waited patiently for a response, looking at everyone of his allies's faces.

Grand Moff Matthews thought about what Lucian said, and the consequences for taking either action. After thinking it over, he responded,
"An invasion would work, but considering how Robengrad is allied with Nicassar, we may end up fighting them as well. That could prove to be chaotic having to fight two battles at once. You also brought up sanctions. Although we must also consider Robengrad trading with Nicassar to try and get around the sanctions, it would be a much better alternative because Robengrad is only one nation, and if the other nations are not trading with Nicassar, they will eventually want to stop supporting the rebels in order to re-establish trade with others."
The Grand Moff finished his speech, and waited for the other delegates to respond.

Nakar Kor stood and addressed the assembled leaders. "Long has Nakarak opposed the cowardly dogs of Al Gedi, and if these terroists in Nicassar prove to be of like nature, they will soon taste the steel of Nakaran blades!" He paused, as if disturbed by his own words. He continued, "However, something has occured which requires Nakarak's immediate attention. The Sword of Nakana, founder of Nakarak and legendary warrior, the symbol of the office of Nakar, has been stolen by unknown agents. It is difficult to explain the significance of this turn of events. It is written down in ancient Nakaran law, given to Nakana from the gods themselves, that whosoever possesses the sword rules. Without the sword, Nakarak crumbles around me. It is all I can do to prevent civil war, and if anyone, infidel outsider or traitorous dog, should come forward bearing the sword, they would instantly become the undisputed ruler of Nakarak." He paused to allow the import of his words to sink in. "I am far more tolerant than many of my kin. Many would gladly wage a war of destruction upon all outsiders, ally or enemy. If it is these terrorists who stole the sword, as I have begun to suspect, then the situation will become far worse. How deadly will they be if they are backed by thousands of Nakaran warriors, willing to fight and die for their new leader? The sword must be recovered before Nakarak can offer any aid. Without it, I am powerless to command my people in peace, let alone in war. Use whatever agents you have in place to find the sword of Nakana. Without it, Nakarak will fall into chaos, and all hope of peace and freedom will die. May the gods smile upon you, but I cannot help. Nakarak will not go to war."

Lucian listened to the Grand Moff and Nakar Kor intently. He then said, "I understand you Nakar Kor. I think that economic sanctions shall be placed on Nicassar and any nation that supports them. I will also begin to deploy troops into Nicassar to help Nakar Kor in his retrieval of the Sword. If anyone wants to volunteer to help me destroy this threat and possibly redeem the sword say so now."

The Grand Moff took about a second to think the situation over, then responded, " Canton Rouge will proudly aid Nakar Kor in the recovering the sword. I will send over a couple of army divisions to the region to aid your troops as well, Protoa. And let me just say that as soon as possible, our special forces unit will start espionage in Nicassar, finding out if the rebels are indeed possession of the sword. Mark my word, they do not want to mess with the CRISF."
The Grand Moff finished his statement and sat back down.
