ISC, the Intelligence Service of Clamparapa, was hard at work to figure out where the transmission came from. Although the main intelligence service in Clamparapa, ISC was based out of South Rieler. Therefore, it was not greatly affected by the EMP burst. As Zackary Longbat looked over the transmission, he tried to make out where those odd sounds were coming from. Some sort of mix between machinery and pounding. He was going through known tracks of sounds on his computer and the tedious assignment was getting him nowhere. As he scratched his head, he listened to the odd sound again, and again realized that he had heard that sound before but couldn't quite place it. He used to work in an oil refinery and sounds that were very common to this one were present all around him. He was using an oil refinery track set, but was getting nowhere. Suddenly, he realized that, although they were similar in manufacturing, gold refineries used different machinery than oil refineries. the new gold refineries were overlooked by Longbat's experiance with oil refineries and immediately found gold refinery tracks. After listening to a few, he stood up and went to his superior. He had found the sound and was certain of the type of place the transmission was sent from. Now all they had to do was find exactly where the leader was...

Beneath Bernstadt, Canton Rouge War Room
A frenzy of people were wandering through the war room, discussing what to do now. Out of nowhere, one of the generals yelled, "Hang on, I got something from the Grand Moff! It's a communique."
It read:
"I'm in the midst of a meeting with the S.S.A. right now. But mark my words, do not give in to Al Gedi. For all I care, even if they will launch EMP missiles, there's no reason to worry. Listen carefully. If they do launch the missiles, our only hope is that we can launch a missile at them to knock them out of the sky. If that fails, then kiss the power system goodbye.
Do no alert the public to this directly. Instead, say that because of an increased threat of terrorism, more troops will be patrolling the streets. That is all.
Grand Moff Matthews"
Relief came to everyone because at least he responded, but panic came back once again as they knew that the missile defense program was untested and could potentially do more harm than good. But they had to try something, otherwise, chaos would commence. For all they knew, something was going to occur...

Following his defeat of Ali Azakam, Nakar Kor composed a message to Canton Rouge. The message read.
Canton Rouge,
We have recovered the Sword of Nakana. Nakarak is restored, and Ali Azakam now endures a fate worse than death. I have arranged for the transport of ten thousand Nakaran warriors, along with supplies and weaponry, to help secure your country in the coming days. They are armed with firejelly and swords and have been instructed to take orders from the Canton Rouge high command. Use them as you see fit. If there is anything else Nakarak can do to help you in your crisis, you need but ask.
Nakar Kor Chosen of Dar Ruler of the Kingdom of Nakarak

High command received Nakar Kor's message, and were pleased that at least one threat to the world was dead. But this wouldn't stop EMP missiles from being launched. At least everyone in the 'War Room' was pleased to see reinforcements for the coming days.
Grand Moff Matthews was the last on to read Nakar kor's message, and after he finished reading it, he wrote out his response:
To Nakar Kor,
I personally want to thank you for getting rid of that threat to the world. Granted, he should have been stopped earlier, but all that matters is he will threaten us no more.
Your reinforcements will help out, should Al Gedi launch their missiles. Of course, we also can not rule out the possibility of their agents seeking vengeance by attacking other targets as well.
Timothy Matthews Grand Moff Federalist Reich State of Canton Rouge

"So Mr. Cromptor, what information do you have for me? I hope it is about the recent EMP attack."
"Sir, we have found out where they are. My superiors stated that in order to get your support, I must first explain how we found the place," Amias Cromptor, deputy head of ISC told the General. "It started with us finding out a certain sound in the transmission. The sound was an ore press at one of our gold refineries, used to compact the gold for easier shipping. Now, only 6 refineries employ that machinery, as it is expensive and new. The refineries are Brapples, Aukal, Pointa, Okt, Mollens, and Pinch."
"Still too many. We need it down to one."
"I know, Sir. Next we discovered that the broadcast was FM radio based. The news station that recieved it was in south west Rieler. Since FMs can go only about 100 miles, we checked which refineries were in range. Only two: Brapples and Okt.
"We tried many methods to find the right one, but most failed. First, we checked to see if any of the two were closed due to maintenance and were being used while noone was there. Nothing. Both are fully functional. Next, we checked the cameras to see if anything suspicious was on them. Everything checked out. Finally, Sally Gonzalga, one of my subordinates, suggested that we just call them."
"Call them?"
"Yes, Sir. She suggested that we call them up and say one simple word. 'Yemai'. 'Hello' in the Yolthol. If they answered back in the Yolthol, it was a legitimate refinery. If not, it would be suspicious. All refinery techs need to have some knowledge of the Yolthol, while Al Gedi believes that the Yolthol is beneath them and will not speak it. Since Gonzalga knew the Yolthol, she phoned them up. Brapples was a clear 'Havon?' or 'Yes?'. Okt was a different story. The man who answered was very confused about the call and demanded to know who we were. Okt is under the control of Al Gedi. Apparently, it has been going on for a long time, as the I.D. cards were already in the system and there was no suspicious activity. I come to you, Sir, because you are one of the best. General Arman, I beseech you to lead an army against this refinery to retake it and possibly get the leader of Al Gedi."
"I see. The entire 22nd Armoured Infantry battalion will check out this threat. I will not see an ally hit by the same attack we were. Leave it up to us, Cromptor. Don't tell anyone about this. If Al Gedi found out, they may evacuate and launch the missiles. This task will be performed by only Clamparapa." General Zeb Arman stood up. A veteran in the fight against the Crawshore regime, he was one of the best Clamparapan generals in history. He would make certain that no Al Gedi terrorist would make it out alive.

The 6 modified C237 Isaac tanks rolled along towards the gold refinery. General Arman hated using the Scorpions. He prefered these newer versions that he had invested in and made the plans for himself. They were not in mass production, so they were not official Clamparapan tanks. The 6 tanks, with their 200 or so infantry, roared towards the enemy, who had already started opening fire. The well trained Clamparapan troops were quick, though. The avoided the enemy fire and quickly returned fire. "This is it, boys!" yelled the General. "Tank pair 1, move to the enemy's right flank and stay hidden until I give the order." He heard the confirmation and waited for the tanks to get into position...

Just outside border of Clamparapan province of Angton
Dimitrov Ingraslov watched his troops advance towards the border. He smiled and began to speak through his megaphone.
"My fellow Soviets. Our time has come. The time of the Capitalists is over." He heard satisfied cheers and murmurs among the men and continued. "We are not like the terrorists of The Shop or of Dracon's Al Gedi division. We are battle-hardened and ready to take Clamparapa by force. Throughout these past few years we have given the allies of Clamparapa hardships that only tested their alliance with our enemy. These distractions are now complete. Clamparapa's allies are all in a state of rebuilding after what we have done to them. Canton Rouge is rebuilding after our little operation took them out. Nakarak is spread out amongst her allies trying to assist them, and they will not be ready to assist Clamparapa by the time we take the country. Even the Nakaraks can not win with a small force against our well trained numbers. Protoa is in a state of change and will not be able to help for a while. Clamparapa stands ALONE! We will take advantage and invade right here, right now! Men you know what we must do, and that we must do it for the sake of wiping out these infidels who call themselves righteous. WE WILL NOT BE HINDERED! NOW MEN! I ORDER YOU TO ATTACK!" The men rushed forward towards the Clamparapa border, certain that they would achieve victory...

(OOC: I am RP'ig as the Soviets and their attack...so here goes!)
The men began to run forward screaming as loudly as they could. Opening fire, the enemy could be seen drpping like flies as the metal ripped through their arms and legs. Suddenly, a few tank blasts sent a few men into the air, yelling.
Theu continued running, zig-zagging and fireing. They didnt stop for anything, even if the man next to them was shot down. They seemed to outnumber the Clamparapans, and so they were still confident, and pressing forward. The Clamparapan infantry seemed to begin to losing men and get overpowered. What the Soviets didn't know, was the flank that was about to hit them, and how that may hinder their spirits....

The 200-some odd troops were being overwhelmed. Much better trained than the enemy, they could hold their own. However, one and then another outpost were being overrun. Down to 39 troops, the Clamparapans finally radioed in for help. Nearby, Zeb Arman's 22nd recieved the call for help and rushed his troops to the border. The Isaacs were the first to spot the enemy, and fired a volley. However, there were far too many troops for him to deal with. He called for help and recieved an affirmative from possible the person he least liked the most. Colonel Sonia Riter answered and promised him her 3,000 some odd troops. She had 30 Makos under her command in the place of tanks, and promised to commit them. Arman did not like Riter, simply because she tended to shoot first and ask questions later. They had a history, but this was not the time to dwell on his past. Arman accepted the troops and continued to hold up against the invaders...
