Time to start working on the 19th Regional Update. Let's try and get this one out on the 1st of November.

Our Forums | Wiki
Nations: 212
Delegate (endos): South Malaysia (69)
Regional Power: Very High
Contributors: Ness Snorlaxia
Region
-The region has remained at a stable population of between 210 and 220 nations this week, with South Malaysia remaining between 66 and 69 endorsements. Not much recruiting has been done this week, which could explain for little growth.
-Fortunately, the forums have been a bit more active, after a long period of inactivity for pretty much the whole month.
-Ness Snorlaxia has created a new regional map to replace the old one, which had not been updated since March. Since it was uploaded on the 29th, 10 nations have been added to the map.
Fourms
-The forums have been pretty quiet. The new topics in the Chatterbox are "iTube," where people are posting their favourite YouTube videos, and "Pong: The Text Based Game," bascially Pong with words, found on the internet, and "An important public service announcement," which tells everyone about how a certain drink is good for you . The other topics still remaining popular (but most except one diverging off topic) are "Your Desktop" (still remaining somewhat on topic), "I'm leaving...," and "Talk to Me! (Please)." The Dodecahedron is still showing some life, but much less than it has in the past.
-The RP forum's only active topic is "Test," which is about how the nation of Robengrad detonated a hydrogen bomb, and the reaction surrounding it.
Government
-Regional cabinet elections are underway. South Malaysia (Delegate), Robengrad (Minister of Internal Affairs, Roleplaying), and Porcu (Minister of Foreign Affairs) have all been re-elected to the same position they held in the last regional cabinet, while Yesmusic has been elected Chancellor of Justice.
-The regions of Liberalia and Random Idiots have requested to establish embassies with Hyrule. Currently the Liberalia vote is at 5 for - 2 against - 1 abstain and the Random Idiots vote is at 6 against.
UN Voting
Repeal "Sexual Freedom" - 3 against, currently voting.
Sustainable Agriculture Centre - 6 for, 2 against.
Chemical Transport Standards - 1 for, 6 against.
Marriage Protection Act - 2 against, 2 abstain.
Repeal "Establish UNWCC" - 6 against.
Fair Sentencing Act - 8 against.

Contribute what should be in this update! Elections should definitely go in, but I'll get to writing that later.
