I have sent out a mass e-mail to all members of this fourm. Basically, it details what you can do on the forums, why you should come back to Hyrule, etc. The text of the email is as follows:
Also, on the 20th of this month, elections for the regional cabinet will begin. The positions avaliable this time are:
Chancellor
UN Delegate
Minister of Immigration
Minister of Roleplaying
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Minister of Internal Affairs
Minister of Civilisation
Chancellor of Justice
Judges
The same positions as the June elections, but with the addition of the UN delegate. More info will come about a week before elections start.
If you got this email, then that means you are a member of the NationStates Hyrule forums, at manetheran.proboards30.com.
The reason I'm sending out this email is that we're trying to encourage members to come back to Hyrule (if you've left) and post on the forums. We are going through an inactive period, and you can help Hyrule out by coming back and being active! (If you're already active, though, continue to be active.) We are always happy when new people join us and help contribute to the region.
There are many things that you can do in Hyrule. The easiest way to participate in the community is by posting in the Regional Chatterbox, for general chat, and Interactive Fun Dodecahedron, for games like word association. There is also a Hyrule Wiki, hyrule.wikispaces.com/, in which you can add articles about your own nation, or the region, if you wish.

Roleplaying activity has improved. It has started anew since it was inactive during the summer, and thus there is plenty of oppritunity to establish yourself in the roleplaying community.

The next step up would be helping out the government. These are voluntary non-cabinet level positions, but you still play a role. You can help recruit new nations to Hyrule, and make the region grow, or you can join the regional ambassador team and represent the region of Hyrule in other regions.

Finally, on the 20th of October, elections for positions in the regional cabinet will begin. If you are in the region and are active on the forums, then you can run for up to two positions.
So, if you're on the forums and active, continue being active! If you haven't made any posts yet, make some! If you've left the region, come back - or create another nation to send to Hyrule! Finally, if your nation in NationStates has died out, then you can either create another one, or you can revive it by following this process:
1. Go to www.nationstates.net and click on "FAQ" in the sidebar.
2. Click on "Getting Help"
3. Scroll down to request for moderator intervention, and in the long box, click "Restore a Deleted Nation"
4. In the "Describe the Problem" box, type in "My nation, [nation], was deleted. Could you please restore it?" (replace [nation] with your former nation's name)
5. Your nation will be revived in a few hours or so.
Hope to see you soon!
