Ministry of Internal Affairs Act - an amendment to "Article 5: Posistions in the Regional Cabinet," 5.6: "Ministry of Internal Affairs"

5.6 Ministry of Internal Affairs
5.6.1 The minister of internal affairs is to moderate internal conflict within the region, and to moderate the forums within the "Hyrule Community" section, excluding the roleplaying forum.
5.6.2 If a conflict between two nations is brought up to the MoIA, he or she is to work out a compromise that is agreeable to both nations, and allow them to meet together via off-site chat, private forum, or another method agreeable upon by all parties.
5.6.3 The MoIA can call upon someone of his or her choosing to mediate the session, if he or she desires.

5.6.2 The MoIA maintains a citizen registry
5.6.3 The MoIA is the regional attorney general
5.6.4 The MoIA is the deputy for ministers, delegate (duties), chancellor, and chancellor of justice if they show inactivity.
5.6.5 If the MoIA must serve as chancellor of justice, he or she must temporarily step down as attorney general.
5.6.6 If a conflict between two nations is brought up to the MoIA, he or she is to work out a compromise that is agreeable to both nations, and allow them to meet together via off-site chat, private forum, or another method agreeable upon by all parties.
5.6.7 The MoIA can call upon someone of his or her choosing to mediate the session, if he or she desires.

Actually, it would work since if the MoIA has to take the CoJ, then they cannot serve as Attorney General, I will edit it to make that more clear.

Since all votes are "for," I am assuming this means that everyone active voted (which is very low to point that out) and this will be added to the R.C..
