Hyrule - Scroll Islands The Hyrule-Scroll Islands Alliance
Article I This document shall be upheld by both regions until such time that this document is repealed or considered mutually obsolete.
Article II Both regions shall not enter into conflict against one another. If such an action takes place this alliance shall become null and void.
Article III Both regions are under no obligation to aid the allies of either region.
Article IV Both regions for any reason are not required to provide aid to each other in the event of an emergency in either region. Both regions may provide aid to one another at their own discretion.
Article V At any time either region may choose to cancel this alliance for any reason. Upon such cancellation the other region must be informed.

Futaba Aoi - Hyrule
We, the people of the regions of Futaba Aoi and Hyrule do solemnly declare by signing this agreement to enter into a pact of friendship and alliance. We shall abide by the strictures within the agreement and work together towards a unity of purpose, while remaining, as regions, in sovereignity. The parts of the contract are stiplified as follows.
Article I Friendship- By the signing of this contract we of the two above nations do declare ourselves friends and allies. We shall not make war, nor deliberately cause outrage to the other region. 1- If a nation in either region is found to be griefing a nation of the allied region the griefed nation should report it to the leaders of their region so that immediate action shall be taken. Such actions shall include: A)Investigations of the allegations to verify or falsify the truthfullness of the allegation. B)Notification of the government of the offenders nation, including the nature of the offense and the nation accused. C)If the nations allegation is construed to be true the court system of the region that the offending nation resides in will discuss and implement appropiate punitive measures to be placed upon the offending nation D)The leaders of the offended nations region will be notified, so they may pass on the message, of the measures taken against the offending nation.
2- If one region inadvertantly causes harm to the other, then all apologies necessary will be made and if the harm is such that reparation is sought both regions will agree upon a third region to justly apply them in a fair manner.
3- Both regions will allow free access to unrestricted areas of their forums. Restricted areas shall include "locked" forums, and sensative areas that are marked for residents only.
Article II Free Trade- By the signing of this agreement both regions agree to the lifting of tarrifs and restrictions in trade by the regional bodies against eachother. Individual nations will still stand sovereign in their trade laws, but let not the goverment of either nation impeded the trade between the nations reside within them.
Article III Mutual Defense- 1-If either region finds themselves unjustly attacked, the other region promises to send such aid as they can without the disruption of their own safety. Neither region will allow their nations to stay beyond the time needed to secure the continued placement of the other regions chosen Delegate, and neither region should feel the need to implement defense in the case that the other regions allies are attacked, but the other region remains safe. Calls for the defense of secondary allies may be made, but are not obligatory as per this agreement.
2-Both regions will share freely any unclassified information requested by the other region. Any information that is considered to sensative to share, or harmful to the sharing region should be denoted as classified.
3- During times of war a "safe" area will be designated for the sharing of information pertaining to the conflict that will not be viewable by the invading enemy

Aberdeen - Hyrule
ARTICLE 1 – Pledge of Friendship
RECOGNIZING that the main ingredient to a strong alliance lies within the bonds of friendship:
1. The region of Hyrule and the region of Aberdeen pledge friendship. A state of perpetual peace is hereby declared to exist between our two regions. No nation from either region may declare war against a nation of the other region. If a war does break out, the aggressor will be censored with a punishment determined by the executive heads of both regions.
2. No nation from either region shall be discriminated against or favoured over other nations, no matter their political or religious systems and affiliations, or their status within the government of their respective regions. Any such violation should be reported immediately to the pertinent authorities
3. No nation shall ever be discouraged from presenting their own views within matters between the two regions, such as but not limited to interregional forum participation and exchange, so long as those views are presented in a respectful manner. Members from both regions should be welcome on the forum of the other region.
4. Each region retain their rights to govern themselves independently, and decisions made by one region concerning and affecting the other are only allowed when:
a. the matter is one concerning the good relations between the two regions and,
b. both regions' representatives are in mutual accord as to which action is to be taken.
ARTICLE 2 – Regional Defence
RECOGNIZING the dangers presented by raider regions, and the need for increasing security from their threat:
1. Each region will agree to defend the other in times of need whenever circumstances allow it, and when such times of need are not the result of reckless military behaviour by either region.
2. Each region will act in such instances independently from other military ties that they might have as part of other alliances.
3. Each region will ONLY come to the aid of the other, and is in no way obligated to lend help to other regions allied with the two with which this alliance agreement deals with, even if such help is asked by either region signing this agreement.
4. To request assistance with defence, the UN Delegate or the regional Secretary of State must contact their counterpart from the other region. They will then post a message on the regional message board and the regional forum to alert their region to come to the aid of the requesting region.
ARTICLE 3 – Sharing of Non-Classified Information
RECOGNIZING that the sharing of information helps build trust between the two sharing parties.
1. Both the regions of Aberdeen and Hyrule agree to share non-classified information with the other region if said information is requested by a member of the executive government of either region.
2. This article does not apply to classified information. Both regions have the right to continue to collect information fro intelligence purposes and can refuse to share said information with the requesting region.
ARTICLE 4 - Trade
RECOGNIZING that, in the best interest of furthering our regions good relations, a trade agreement will encourage healthy exchanges between our nations, hereby lie the contractual points by which both our regions' nations will comply in matters of interregional trade:
1. No nation from either region shall be discriminated against or favoured over other nations, no matter their political or religious systems and affiliations, wherever trading is concerned. Any such violation should be reported immediately to the pertinent authorities.
2. That, in order to encourage trade between the regions, exporting and importing tariffs shall be rendered null whenever an exchange happens between nations from both regions; thus creating an interregional free trade zone. Membership in the Hyrule-Aberdeen free trade zone is voluntary, but very strongly encouraged.
ARTICLE 5 – Support of proposed UN Resolutions
RECOGNIZING that while not every nation in both regions is active in the UN, responsible UN membership means that from time to time there might be cause for either Hyrule or Aberdeen to propose a resolution, in good faith, to make the world a better place.
1. Support for a UN proposal submitted by a member of either Hyrule or Aberdeen, shall be encourage as long as the proposal is:
a. Well thought out and articulated. b. A piece of needed legislation.
2. Support shall be encouraged, but is NOT mandatory. Each region is still free to decide whether or not the proposed resolution will best benefit the respective region and the UN nations within said region.
We, the representatives from the regions of Aberdeen and the Hyrule, have read this document and are in agreement with its contents. We reaffirm our peaceful intentions and once again pledge our friendship and hereby place our signatures as a token of said peace and friendship:

All above articles have been repealed by Article 4.1 of the new Regional Constitution.
