As you are surely aware, by this point, I intend to be elected to the position of chancellor. You are also most likely aware of my opponent's intent to do the same. I would like to take a few moments of your time to share with you my thoughts on this campaign.
Whilst I have a great amount of respect for my friend and colleague, South Malaysia, I do not believe his qualifications to be of a greater level than my own. Please allow me to explain.
During my short time in the East Pacific, I have risen in the ranks from first position as an ambassador of the region, to the position of Deputy Ambassador General, to my current placement as Ambassador General -- the highest holding in the East Pacific's Department of Interregional Relations. I am also a magister of the Magisterial Assembly -- the East Pacific's legislative body -- and intend to renew my term, next session. Aside from those duties, I have been appointed to the position of Archon, which allows me to serve as a decision-making member of the Appeals Process, according to the Role-Play Legislation Act. Outside the East Pacific government, I have also been voted Secretary General of the East Pacific Treaty Organization, which is somewhat of a security council for the region.
Do I think my opponent is a good individual? Of course I do! Do I believe he would do well in this position? Perhaps. But I believe my qualifications speak for themselves, in that I have experience in the capacity of a leader, clearly making me the better candidate; the better choice.
Please consider these items of interest, and vote for me in the election for chancellor. I look forward to better serving you and this great region, as its fine citizens allow me to become more involved through the abilities of this leadership position. I thank you for your time. Good day, to you.
