Alright. In this growing RP world, we need to have a complete list of rules for the board. Like a "Role Playing Guidelines Act" that we put into the constitution so newbies and oldies alike can learn the rules. I would like people to post rules that they believe should be included into the RP Act.

So I have decided to give us a starting place... on the main things I can think of at the moment.
Basic Guidelines
Article 1: Authority
1.1 The minister of role playing is to moderate the role-playing forum, to make sure everyone follows the role playing guidelines and so no one god-mods or gets out of hand. 1.2 The MoRP has the power to punish a role-player for certain offences, such as godmodding. The offence must be also be acceptable to the chancellor of justice. 1.3 The MoRP may assign a deputy, or Role Playing Moderator, if they need assistance. 1.4 The Founder, Chancellor, and Chancellor of Justice, and Minister of Internal Affairs are the only other government positions that can override the MoRP. 1.5 They can only do so in role playing if it needs direct attention or a lack of duties is present.
Article 2: Godmodding
2.1 Godmodding is when one player disregards another by taking control of their actions without there consent. 2.2 Godmodding is illegal in Hyrule and punishable under the Role Playing Guidelines Act. 2.2.1 The first offense is a written warning through PM from the minister of role playing, minister of internal affairs, or chancellor. 2.2.2 The second offense is a 24 hour suspension from the forum. 2.2.3 The third offense is when the godmodding thread will be locked, and a trial in the chancellery of justice will take place. 2.3 The Minister of Role Playing, Minister of Internal Affairs, and Chancellor withhold the rights to edit Godmodding post.

Article 3: Role Playing Puppets
3.1 While role players are allowed to role play as many nations as he or she wants. 3.2 It is strictly forbidden to use puppet nations in a manner which directly profits one role players nation or nations. 3.3 Role players cannot use puppet nations for adding up the military forces of all their puppet nations; it is godmodding. 3.4 Mercenary groups, private military companies, and et cetera are an exception. 3.5 Colonies of a nation cannot have their own independent military force. 3.6 A nation can garrison its own military forces in its puppet nation or nations.
