History: After losing in the Pacific War of 2052, the world essentially demolished everything the PSC claimed as their own. In addition, the world watched over the area, to ensure a future threat would never arise again. However, they only watched over the coastal regions, and for 15 years. After the world left, the PSC secretly rebuilt themselves over a long period. Now, the PSC is reborn, and the civilians will not forget what the world has done to them, knowing very well that blood will be paid for what has happened to their lives.

A compulsory two year service is enforced for all citizens upon turning 18, with some choosing to stay with the army after their tour.
