Here is the place to put in facts about the various fleets and races in the universe. You can post about any alien species you like and their fleets. To get you started here are a couple you could try:
Human Systems Confederacy
Refutian Alliance Decree
Dety Sector Guard
Assaty Fleets
Post in this thread any species or fleet you wish to include and use them in the Elemental Resonance thread. This thread is just so we can get a better idea of who your species, fleet, etc is.

Human Systems Confederacy: Taita Users
Taita users were common in 2138, when Chemical H was introduced into a human's body. Chemical H, nicknamed Chache, allowed the user to manipulate objects using small electronic pulses that controlled matter. Chache was dangerous, however, because it caused the user to become sick with cancer at an early age and die.
Implants were introduced to release small, unlethal doses of Chache through the blood stream. This allowed the user to use Taita, without worrying about death as a side effect. However, side effects are common among Taita users ranging from headaches, to schizophrenia, to personality disorders. No Taita user is side-effect free; they all have some side-effect that hinders their normal life. Since Chache only affects humans, Taita users are only human, and no other species.
Taita users are especially rare in open assaults; they are used more for scouting, special forces missions, and sniping. The military may also place Taita soldiers in garrisons on different colonies. This allows the user to become familiar with their surroundings and use it to ther advantage when the time comes.

Hostile Species: Skeptors
The Skeptors are a synthetic race of machinery and flesh, created by a unknown group of people 800 years ago. Although they have only been known about 250 years ago when the first Skeptor attack occured on the planet of Thoraen. Those who saw the attack described it as brutal and bloody.
The Skeptors utilize the appendages of anyone they conquer, and put any survivors into mass fertility, so as to harvest the bodies. Thus, it is hard to determine the truth as to whether the Skeptors are android, or not. But what is known is that the Skeptors will do whatever it takes to acheieve the perfect balance of metal and tissue.
To deal with a Skeptor, it is best to either aim at the head, or at the organ control center where the heart would be. Alternatively, enough sustained fire will down a Skeptor. Although for different types of Skeptors, different tactics are needed

Galactic Union: Shadaw Agents
Shock and Awe Agents are the most feared soldiers in the galaxy. If one knocks on your door, you know something big is about to happen. They operate above the law, able to strike with precision and stealth. Less than 200 are known to be operating with the Union's guidance.
They are not trained; they are born. This means that only a select few are allowed to even be considered for Agent status. A Shadaw also gets access to special gear and weapons through the rare stocks.
If a Shadaw Agent goes rogue, there is a hearing to determine if they are to be stripped of their status. After this, it usually takes no less than another Agent to apprehend the rogue Agent.

Galactic Union: The Arcadium
The Arcadium is a massive station positioned out in the Cobalt Galaxy. It serves as a hub for most galactic expeditions into the universe. With a population of just over 3.2 million, the Arcadium ensures the nice experience of living with the thrill of it being in space. The Arcadium has four extended 'arms' that house the main cities on the station. These arms can close up to provide defense, but are mainly kept out to allow expansion. Because of the lack of atmosphere, all building sites are pressurized to ensure habitation. And with the span at least 1.5 km wide, expansion can continue in earnest.
The Arcadium has no day or night cycle, so people adjust their habits based on personal needs, rather than by schedule. This leads to most businesses remaining open daily, so as to accomodate all people.

The Arcadium: A-Pol (Arcadium Police)
A-Pol is a military organization that serves as the main police force for the Arcadium. They deal with traffic, crimes in the station, and serve as a defense force against intruders in the nebula.
The current Chief of A-Pol is Chief Freac Gjordan, a Refutian hero. He is very strict in his policies and will not take guff from anyone. He leads his own squad and has taken down, to date, over 100 criminals with his bare hands.
Military training and weapons are standard issue to A-Pol officers. Jobs include detectives, forensic specialists, and regular beat officers. Among job choices are shock troopers for stopping invaders and pilots to pilot the massive cruisers that defend against any aggressor. A-Pol is one of the finest and well-respected police agencies in the galaxy. It incorporates all species, making it a very diverse organization.
