iCourt Procedures for Citizens
By: South Malaysia
Submit evidence in the topic, “Judges Office”
A Judge or the CoJ will create a topic for a case if the evidence points to law breaking.
DO NOT POST in any on going case topic unless you are allowed to by a Judge or CoJ.
All rulings are approved by the CoJ before a Judge is allowed to post one.

When evidence is submitted you post saying that you will be investigating, if you are first to see it.
Create a separate topic, labeled: The People VS. Nation Name.
You first press charges if the evidence is correct and indicates law breaking only (If you are having troubles then contact the CoJ).
You may permit citizens to post if they are connected to the case and have input.
You do not become involved in the case! That means that you hear arguments, moderate, and are Neutral. You do not: Post evidence, argue with people (It’s very unprofessional), or let personal feelings get mixed in. Or anything else like that or you will face punishment.
The Chancellor of Justice must review all rulings in a private forum and then approve, disagree, or modify them.
Organization in how to get a case started
1) Submit your problem and Information
2) Wait for my and/or a Judges first findings (you may request who you would like to review the problem)
3) Wait for Mine and/or a Judges ruling on the problem when all information is reviewed
4) Do not make your own judgements unless you are
A) Chancellor of Justice
B) Judge(s)
C) Chancellor
D) Delegate
5) Wait for final judgement and suggestions of sentencing's. The Chancellor of Justice will discuss with the Delegate and/or Chancellor before the Chancellor of Justice hands down the finial judgement (after discussion with Judge(s) also).
Gnid or Ness, can you create some for my position? It wouldnt be right if i did my own. Oh yeah please voice ur opinions
