I received this telegram from The Rogue Nation of Armed Dogs:
Someone needs to put their a puppet nation in their region. Since they are a militant region, we need to keep track of their movements. If you see anything regarding Hyrule or it's allied regions you need to notify us at once.

Ok, after first impression of 117th Trenchantine: 1. ALL MEMBERS MUST BE A UN-MEMBER, which means that they can easily invade other regions not too big. Their region contains 50 members but are heavily recruiting... 2. In their forums there is a lot of discussion of how to invade other regions and it is very tactical and full of really super-strategic things... See This: "Invasion:
A BRIEF SUMMARY OF WARFARE
In the NationStates world we live in today, war and political strife are part of every day life. It’s an unfortunate fact, but as you read these words, at least a dozen regions (if not more) throughout the world are being invaded or crashed at this very moment. At this same moment, new region crashing organizations are being created with the sole purpose of disrupting someone else’s way of life.
Invasions are usually implemented for political or territorial gain. The military factions responsible for these actions more often than not impose their will in a highly tyrannical manner. Regional identities and cultures are lost. Residents forced to live this way have few options, and most resign to their fate and serve in the military of their oppressors, or in some other capacity alien to the life they’ve known.
Region crashing is a different animal entirely, and mostly driven by the desire to ruin a region and make it cease to exist. Region crashers are in effect, terrorists. They could care less about territory or political gain. It’s all about pain and suffering. Region crashing comes with a price though, and it’s called griefing. Crashers who gain control of a region and eject resident members en masse, banning them from returning to their homes indefinitely, are taking part in illegal griefing actions… punishable by deletion.
Regions can protect themselves against invasions and region crashing in numerous ways, whether it is by password-protection or by simply having an active founder who keeps a constant eye on movements in and out of a region. Founders can eject as many nations from a region as they want, and this is not looked upon as griefing. With good intelligence and timing, suspect nations don’t have a chance. Regions with founders are much harder targets, and usually are crashed or invaded to prove a point, while regions without founders, who must rely on a password to keep them safe, are almost easy targets.
PLANNING STAGES
A nation must gather support and endorsements from other UN nations if he/she wishes to become the delegate of a region. More often than not, it’s a small minority who choose the delegate. A region with 50 nations and 20 UN members may have a delegate with only 8 endorsements. An invading force of 10 can give one member 9 endorsements, and win the delegacy when the endorsements are tallied.
Endorsements are counted in all Nation States regions somewhere around midnight Pacific Standard Time. Endorsements happening shortly after the update will not affect the delegacy until the following day. Ideally, for a successful invasion, military forces will begin moving their troops into a targeted region throughout the course of a day (or week, etc.), and then endorse a candidate before the server update.
Proper planning is the key to any successful invasion. The more you know about a specific region, the activity levels of founders and delegates, as well as other useful bits of intelligence, the easier the objective will be. This applies to all sides of the coin, from liberators to crashers."3. There are a lot of Military-thinking people in this region: See this: "Forget comfort, remember faith. Forget faith, remember discipline. Forget discipline, remember rage. Forget rage, remember pain. Forget pain, then you're ready.
Together, we go forward toward the New Earth." 4. I have set a Hyrule Embassy in 117th Trenchantine and I am the Ambassador representing Hyrule. Since we have an embassy I think it looks as they are not going to invade us. Now we have an embassy there, PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANY 117TH TRENCHANTINE TO JOIN THE HYRULIAN GUARD. 5. As I am now in their Guard, I will have to get myself UN-member, thus cannot endorse Ness Snorlax anymore... Missions exist of endorsing UN-delegates. Still getting more infos... That's all for the moment... --D.S. (aka H.E.S.C.H.L.S.H.P.K.)

Hmm... was setting up a Hyrule Embassy a good idea? It may be hard to spy on them if we are the direct-opposite of "under cover."
And did you have the authority or permission to establish an Embassy? Just askin'. I was not aware of this strategy until now.

Er, the problem was I had to make an embassy because they asked me why I went to their region. Since they hadn't sent me a message to join them. And they saw I came from Hyrule, and so they asked to make an embassy...
I plaid guilty, sorry, hope it will not happen again (I don't really think they are gonna invade us now, they look desparately in search for friends...)

Well let that be a lesson to us next time. Go thrpugh one of the Pacifics first, so they think you are new.
Alternatively
You could have said a friend (who they had sent a message to) told you about it.

Sorry folks, spying is over, they know they've been spied by Hyrule. Replied that it was their fault because they hadn't to talk so agressively...
And now we have an enemy!
I dunno why they know it, but take care of members like "Lanna" or "Dyllen A(nchorette)"... Someone of 117th Trenchantine has infiltrated in Hyrule! Region alert!
Please ban me now because I've been a bad spy!
Problem's over!
Please, if you want to spy them now. Do it very carefully. I've said (to prevent a war) we will not spy them anymore and forget what they are doing...
(I think I know why they know it: I've warned Futaba Aoi about a possible attack - in a protected forum. And FA are just saying it's a pathetic but innocent region... It is the playground of the Region 'The Province', which is a friend of Futaba Aoi...) Again, I plaid guilty, and am a bad spy!)

Don't worry, in fact, I have everything under control now, however it'll be risky to spy again. And: 117th Trenchantine is just an innocent playground of "The Province"... They are not going to invade anybody. Yes, they're pathetic and like doing things the hard way, but they won't invade anybody, it's just a playground...

Sorry folks, I hereby resign from the Hyrulean guard.
Sorry but I was a bit too overenthusiast when I heared about 117th Trenchantine. And I know when I'm overenthusiast I mess up things. Which is in fact not really a problem because I really love to clean... (Perhaps that's the reason why I mess up things so often?)
Now I'm probably going political, administration and such things...
Have a good day! --Lord Deatzo Seol
PS 117th Trenchantine's UN-Delegate really wanted to make an embassy, he mailed me...

Hey don't worry about it. It all worked out okay didn't it? We're all new at this so we have to learn from our mistakes.
So next time we want to warn someone, on any forum, use a different name to any of your nations
