I propose we form a Hylian secret service. The role of the nations involved in this would be to go to other regions and investigate suspicious activity.
Also we need an army. This would be coupled with the secret service, so that it can come to their aid, and help other regions by force.
What do you think?

I think that it could work out, if enough nations join.

My own nation is quite focued on defense issues and being the Emperor who is in charge of all defense issues thereof, I would be more than willing to send trrops and supplies to start this new army if needed. Don't hesitate to ask

Okay, let's discuss this further before we put this issue to vote.
The name of the organziation shall be called the Hyrulian Guard.
An army would require UN puppets - you create another nation, resign the other nation from the UN (make ABSOLUTELY SURE you wait one whole day after resigning it), or, if you're not in the UN, create a puppet and sign it up to the UN for that purpose.
When not on missions, the nations stay in Hyrule and endorse the delegate (for safety).
However, when orders are recieved by the delegate or field marshall, the nations that are members of this army shall go out to endorse a certain UN member.
This is so that we can protect ourselves and our allies when they ask for assistance.
That's basically a schematic of how an army would work.

I would be happy to be part of the Hyrulian gaurd because i just like to be in groups and spy on other regions. I have already have a puppet nation ready to go to a region.
