I think it's the SoS's job to appoint ambassadors to represent Hyrule in other regions, while the MoAs are responsible for all the other foreign affairs stuff.

Ambassadors, basically, represent the region of Hyrule when in other regions by posting news updates, discussing matters of importance between Hyrule and other region, et cetera. Ambassadors should also be active on the region's forum, if the region generally allows it, but not interfere with government stuff unless the region allows it.

So it's the tasks of Minister of State to appoint a Minister of Affairs as an ambassador? :think:

I think everyone's a bit confused here. I think that it would be easier for the Ministers of Affairs to appoint ambassadors to go to other regions, and then do these tasks:
