Thank you, Delegate. Ladies and gentlemen, it would truly be an honor to receive your vote. I feel I would perform well, as Secretary of State, for a few reasons.
First of all, I have had experience in foreign affairs, as an ambassador and the assistant ambassador general of another region. The latter position would serve to my benefit, in this case, when it comes to appointing ambassadors from this region to other regions.
Secondly, I have had experience in records-keeping, as the head of the council of another region. I should have no problem keeping records, pertaining to our government, and its relationship with other regional governments. I keep information organized.
Finally, I will serve this region, its government, and its nations, to the best of my ability. Should another member of the government approach me for advice, I will provide guidance only if I feel my advice will be beneficial to that government official.
As secretary of state, it would be my duty to put the region first, before me. My actions in this position will only be in the region's best interests. Thank you for your time. Good day.

Welcome ladies and gentlemen to my humble office.
Sit down and listen:: Call me Deatz', Founder and President of Kritschboilek, and current Vice-Secretary of State of Hyrule. I still remember it, the founding of Kritschboilek, it was hard, leading a country is hard. Every time those silly bureaucratians and partitocratians in their eternal hunger for Administration and (environmental-destroying) papers halted one of my Nation's Great Plans ... Once, for example, there was some plan for moving with one of the puppets in another Region - forgot the name, but we all forget sometimes. Well, finally we didn't. Too much administration had to be done, and that killed us. Sometimes I become awake in the middle of the night and think it's all fuc/ked, sometimes I think there is still some hope. Now I hope this is hope ... Hope for a better tomorrow, hope for a better understanding of yesterday - hope, hope for a larger and more powerful region, hope for a famous and modern region ... Shortly, Brightness for Hyrule! : Already in my early ages I knew the importance of someone's opinion, in my loving life, I have seen people going down because they had no opinion, I have seen people dying of mental emptyness - their life was no more than package for their dead. This fact - 'opinionlessness' - grabbed me so much I never forget it, and now I will always try to get opinions out of people. Why? Because opinions is what us makes human. (Now, folks, you can call me demagogue as you think I will ask everyone opinions on what to do, but my task is of how to do it.) : As I later became Vice-Secretary of State, and am now going for SoS, I realise I have done too few, and I'd love to do more, but therefore, I need your voices. : Thank you all very very much for you very eternal short times, I hope I can count on you! Lord Deatzo Seol, Very High Illuminated President of the Very High Illuminated Republic of the People of Kritschboilek.
If thou dost seek to have what thou dost hide, by self-example mayst thou be denied. William Shakespeare

Well... speech time ;; Ladies and Gentlemen, I won't bore you with a long, drawn out speech. No, instead i will get straight to the point. Why should you vote for me? Well... I am currentley the UN Delegate for Scroll Islands and the Ambassador from SI to Hyrule. And i have been helping out, you could say, with the various government positions in SI, more closely with SoS. I am also very easy to get along with, i think before i talk most of the time, and i hold back anything that may affect anyone and/or anything. Now.. like i said i was gonna keep this short. It's up to you to choose who to vote for. We can only point out things you can think about when you make you decision, we can't force you to vote for one of us. So... yea.. won't keep you any longer ^^;; Thank you for your attention ^^ Buuyo

New speech:Priorities:- The Region of Hyrule is one of the largest Regions in this game (rank 15 currently). However, it is not really protected by the delegate, only 30% of the total population endorses Ness Snorlaxia, from wich only 75% of all UN-members.
This is the time to change that.
- The Region of Hyrule has many friendly and allied Regions. However, 'many' does not want to say 'superb'. Nevertheless they are very good, there are some points that could be better, like some super-forum, supraregional structures (just like UN is one), etc.
- The Forum of The Region of Hyrule is - despite Hyrule's largeness - in comparision of FA, Q102 and others, very not-active.
Time to change that.
