The region is in the process of being re-founded. This means moving all nations out of the region, then having a designated person founding the region again, placing it under a founder.
The plan for re-founding the region is as follows:
-The region "New Hyrule" has been founded. My UN nation would stay behind in Hyrule and would be the last to leave.
-Hyrule would be passworded and a TG sent out to all nations, explaining that the region is going to be re-founded and that you need to move out by 5 August or face ejection.
-Once New Hyrule is founded, a new delegate would be chosen. To meet the requirements, one must have been in Hyrule for at least 6 months or have served in the regional cabinet, be a regular, active poster on the forums, and obviously be in the UN.
-Then, on 5 August, I will eject all nations remaining in Hyrule (provided I have enough influence to do so). If I don't have enough influence or UN endorsements before then then I would ask some of you to come back to Hyrule and endorse me.
-Once everyone is out of Hyrule, I would wait for the region to be deleted. Then, I would go found the region again. That's when everyone can start moving back in.
Ness's Suggestion: If you have a UN puppet nation, I suggest leaving it in Hyrule until 5 August. If you don't, then you can move your UN nation over if you wish, or stay until 5 August.

Yes, it has begun. It is time for us, the band of brothers and sisters, to move out, then move back in again after about a month. And I haven't sent out the TGs yet, I will do that tomorrow. I'm not sending them out at the moment because I figure the most active nations will move.

It was proposed by me in the house of members, and most of the people who voted on it voted for the plan.

Okay, it's August 2! In just three more days, I will start ejections. If you have any nations in Hyrule, please don't forget to move them out!

Ejections have now begun.
I will not eject everyone all at one time, rather, I will spread it out over the day. This is to let nations who are active and know about the ejections occuring on this day leave before everyone else is ejected.
Basically, the most inactive of the bunch will be ejected at around midnight Eastern Time (US), basically ones that have not logged on since the 25th of July, and some of the more inactive UN nations that will CTEd soon. I will eject other inactives later (ones that have not logged on since the end of July), and the more active ones (meaning ones that are active and know about it but still haven't left) will be ejected towards the end (which would be late afternoon eastern time).
