As required by the job description of the Chancellor, I will be routinely evaluating the members of the Cabinet, and issuing these private reports for each of you. I should note, I did request that this private area be created, as I do not seek to humiliate anyone I might criticize.
I am posting these results so that each of you might be encouraged to strive for excellence, and build a good set of job qualities and experiences, for if and when each of you seek re-election. I want to help each of you achieve your appropriate career goals, and I hope these reports help.
Minister of Immigration
Tasmanyaya
From what I have seen thusfar, this minister is dedicated to recruiting, and is doing a good job. Keep up the good work, Minister.

Minister of Roleplaying
Flamaca
This minister has had a rough start, getting a little lock-happy with RP threads. But, we are only human, and make mistakes and bad judgments. He has room for improvement. Whether or not he uses that room to improve, will be the ultimate result.

Minister of Foreign Affairs
Greater Mactopia
This minister seems to be doing his job. He is an advocate of extending and maintaining good relations with other regions. He has even gone as far as to make a list of embassies, ambassadors, etc. However, he did question an official policy more than once, when he should have stopped at once. Otherwise, overall good job, Minister.

Minister of Internal Affairs
Southwest Prussia
This minister could be doing better. He asked for complaints and got them, then openly complained about the complaints he received. That, and he is apparently a busy individual. If you know you are going to be rather busy for an extended period of time, perhaps too much so to do your job well, then it's best if you not even put in your bid for the position.

Chancellor of Justice
South Malaysia
This minister is doing his job superbly. He is helping the Delegate and the Chancellor keep the ministers in check; was making rulings in the absence of his subordinate judges; and has set goals for his term in office. Impressive, South Malaysia.
