I say that if a region really wants to open an embassy, why stop them? That's just not the way things are done. For example, say an enemy region, or a region with strong ties to a terrorist organization, were to "really" want to open an embassy. Are we to just give them an embassy, just because they "really" want one? I think not. Am I saying that the Great Land of the Moon is either of these things? Of course not. But there is a process by which these things are done. Here, it is by vote. In the East Pacific, it is at the discretion of the Ambassador General and the Delegate.
