What do we do in case a bunch of high risk threats come in and just randomly declare war?

OK a high level threats are dealt with accordingly with the chancellor and Delegate deciding on proper action

Hello... Today I got the following message:
"The Disputed Territories of Minty Forests Received: 11 hours ago I believe that it is time for invasion!"
I've asked the guy what did he mean by that... now I am waiting for an answer.
What do you think? Might he be a threat?

Yes, keep in mind that the founder can disable the UN delegate's access to regional control (the UN delegate can do this too) and the UN nations are dealt with accordingly.
He might be a threat, AN, but only if he's connected to some invader organisation. If you notice a suspiciously high level of nations coming in, for example, you should disable UN delegate access to regional control (click on "Enter Regional Control," uncheck the box next to "UN Delegate can access regional control," and click "Make Changes").

Good thinking. I don't plan on getting kicked out to th Rejected Realms by a random invasion.

Actually I don't believe that there is a big threat... we haven't received and abnormal number of nations... but since we are in two different time zones, can you please check that when I am offline?

if an invasion happens then AN or Ness will take away the Delegates rights of power and a booting will take place of the invaders. I say that the person who sent that should be ousted from Hyrule.

Then what do we do? Do we follow-up and take it to them or do we forget about it?

Once they are booted and banned then another attempt would be very difficult.

Noticed that. That Fonz guy has been asking for endorsement trades. I sent a warning to Los Vatican because he is a judge. Be careful of an invasion.

Fonz has been warned I suggest Ness takes power until the threat passes.
