It seems that, besides StarGateSG-1 we have the choice between 2 extremes. A Holy Theocracy and a Corporate Dictatorship.
hmmm...
Oh well, The Federation of Rhodovia casts its vote for Los Vatican anyway. Sorry StarGateSG-1, I'm new and I didnt know how popular you seem to be.

I have happened to notice that one person voted twice for Atlantico Norte, however this person admitted that it was an accident. I will need to discuss this over with the regional cabinet (if you are a member of it, go to the private cabinet area, and if you forget the password please TG me for it). For now, though, one vote will be subtracted from Atlantico Norte's total.
I know at least one person may think that AN had something to do with this, or that I'm doing this to be against AN, but this is not the case. The only person involved is the person who voted twice.

Yes, starting over would be time consuming; i think subtraction is the best option right now. I think we may have to start doing things by post; if majority rule for it to happen (besides.
If we created clearer laws on the matter on voting it should make things less confusing and more of a guideline. And in the HoM [will be there soon...10PM EST] my proposed amendment to "Article 3" of the constitution is a start towards a future law on the matter(s).

If we subtract one from AN then LV should lose one to because rhodovia is not a citizen. (only 5 posts)

Remember, you need to have five posts or more to become a citizen. Rhodovia is at five posts so he can vote.

OK I got confused between citizenship and the ability to run.

That's to run in elections, you need 5 to be a citizen. Posted a bit too late.
