Here are a few ideas that I've been thinking about.
1. A new look for the forum? I've been wondering about this for some time, and some people have suggested it. Do the forums need a new look? If they do, what should the colour scheme be?
I feel that something like a light blue or green will do fine, better than the grey. Since I'm not that good at creating those kinds of things, I'd ask the MoC to help me with this (if he has time).
2. Organising the forum layout Completed!
3. Greater responsibility for ministers? I know some of you don't have that much time for NS, but some of you have been active. I think that the Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs could have a bit more to do, but I'm not sure what.
Also, for the MoI (Ignatius), I think the days required to recruit should be upped from two to five (or four) and the number of nations that you recruit be a minimum of 15 to 20 per day. You should also make a list of nations that will die out (as it says in the constitution) and send Welcome TGs to new nations (you can appoint someone to do that though).
Comments? Suggestions?
4. Hyrule holidays? I think it might be a good idea if we create several holidays, and have maybe one or two of them be major holidays where we invite foreign dignitaries to the forum. It might be a good idea to do something festive for some of the important RL holidays too!
5. Revising the Endorsement Cap Law The Endo Cap Law could use some revision as some of the things need to be re-written to apply to Hyrule after it was refounded; and this law hasn't been revised yet.
I also think, as stated in the law, that we need to get around to electing a vice-delegate, who can act as interim delegate if something happens.

1) I would have to agree =D Our region is based on a game of many colors, lets bring out a few!!!
2) I like your proposed layout, but may i suggest a minor change? How about list the Ministries in order of power. Delegate>Chancellor>MoIA>MoFA>MoI>MoC>MoRP
3) Comment/Suggestion(s): The MoIA, deffly needs to have a purpose and to do something, or eliminate the Ministry completely. What about general forum moderation? We dont have any Mods, or Co-Admins after, you, Ness; therefore brings up the question, should we train some? In case of emergencies.
4) Now, that is what every region needs!! =) We need some real holidays, yes, but mainly I think we should base holidays around important dates of: The Legend of Zelda, Ninitendo, Nintendo consoles, and the creator of the game itself.
5) I think it should be revised, but on what terms? We do have a founder to protect us! (XD). That is iffy, IMPO. Now onto the Vice Delegate, it is a good idea, but what would be the purpose beyond that? The MoIA situation could indeed apply.

Admins, maybe. We do have mods, however (the ministers). I agree, since the MoFA doesn't do much, and the chancellor doesn't do much either, I think it would be best to abolish the MoFA and merge that position with the regional chancellor.
So, here are proposals for the two easiest ideas, regarding the MoIA and forum layout. If you agree with the below two proposals, please post that you do.
Abolishment of Ministry of Internal Affairs Act, 2007
Forums and Forum Layout Act, 2007

Okay that is fine with me, still if the MoIA does nothing, and the Chancellor does little how would that solve that probelm of little jobs?

Okay that is fine with me, still if the MoIA does nothing, and the Chancellor does little how would that solve that probelm of little jobs? While it's not much it is a step towards giving the position of Chancellor more duties in the region. The positions have a few similarities, and the MoIA doesn't have much to do. Is there anything you think the Chancellor should do, Stargate?

I know this may cause a problem but I think it may be needed. a weekly evaluation of the cabinet in the Chancellery or another forum, outside the Private chat area. I don't do them because I completely forget to go there and get the password out of my inbox. This would be another step forward. Just like a MoIA and Chancellor Merger.

Admins may be a good investment. Also, i think you mean, MoIA, not MoFA XDD. (i have no other thoughts at the moment of any use right now).

Well a second Admin. would be good just in case something happens to you Ness that you may be away for a long time, like a major computer crash, or go on an extended period of vacation time. Or at least someone you have in mind to replace yourself.

Wahay. Not only is my position abolished but apparently my other one means squat as well. I mean its not like I kept one major part of the forum alive all by myself or anything. What does MoFA actually do? Make an update for other people to look at a coupla times a week? I keep a major part of the forum going smoothly yet I dont matter?
Cheers guys.

The MoFA does more than that, well at least I do as MoFA: 1) Looks for embassy inactivity 2) Establishes embassies 3) Looks after the ambassador team/there embassy upkeep, to make sure they do there job. 4) Co-creates an update 5) If diplomacy goes wayward, I'm 3rd in the pot of stew.
Rob, you do matter, and mean a lot to this community. You might have misinterpreted how I suggested the ministry forums gets laid out. I suggested that they get listed in order of succession. Yes, the RP ministry, is the lowest end of succession. That does not mean that you are not important; indeed your ministry is important, which means you are to.

Answering question #3 I agree that the MoI needs to be in charge of recruiting more nations per day or at least a minumum per week. Making a list of nations that die out-im not sure how to do, so I dont know how possible that is to do. The one problem I do see however, is sending a telegram to every new nation in Hyrule. Just today I was able to get 10 new nations to join, So, how is the MoI supposed to telegam every single one, esp. when you cant tell if they are new to the region after about 5 people do something in the regional happenings screen. If I have all my stuff wrong(which quite honestly could be the case) then please enlughten me. I need it! -one solution to this would be to have a welcome message lodged where everyone can see it on our nationstates region page-plus it would be a lot easier and less time consuming. Thanks!!
