One thing I've noticed is that some people in the region have more than one forum account. While I do tolerate this I feel that a rule regulating the use of such accounts is needed.
Remember this proposal deals with multiple forum accounts, not actual nations in NS.
-A nation can only have multiple accounts if they intend to use those accounts for diplomatic reasons or roleplaying reasons (like if you are in Hyrule already and do not RP or do not have a nation in another region coming to represent that region in Hyrule diplomatically, you are not allowed to register another account)
-A nation can only have up to two accounts, one for general use (claiming citizenship, chatting, roleplaying, etc.) and one for either diplomatic purposes or roleplaying purposes (when using a puppet nation not related to the main nation), or can have up to two diplomatic accounts if someone wants to represent two different regions, for example.
-If a nation is found to have broken said law, then a warning telegram will be sent out to that nation, or they will have a message PM'd to them (depending if they are more active on the Hyrule forum or NationStates), and they will need to remove one of their accounts within two days (if they are active) or one week (if they are inactive in NS). The nation may remove their account themselves or ask the founder to do it for them, if they so please.
-If a nation in violation does not remove one of their accounts going over the account limit, then one account of the founder's choosing shall be removed. The nation still has the right to use their other accounts freely.
-If a nation decides to register another account over the limit a second time, then all of their accounts shall be removed. They may register one or two accounts again, and use them freely.
-And, the third strike: if they register over the limit again, all of their accounts will be removed and they will be banned from the forums for one month. A nation may petition the founder to be unbanned from the region.
So what do you think? Is it good, or is it too harsh? Does it need work? I want to hear your opinions.
