Yeah, I no longer have much time to mess around with the whole government shebang, but I do like my Judge position, just for the title. I like my honorary position a lot, but I simply don't have the time to sit in front of a computer all day and twiddle around with technical stuff..
And Rob, you are special.... XD

Answering question #3 I agree that the MoI needs to be in charge of recruiting more nations per day or at least a minumum per week. Making a list of nations that die out-im not sure how to do, so I dont know how possible that is to do. The one problem I do see however, is sending a telegram to every new nation in Hyrule. Just today I was able to get 10 new nations to join, So, how is the MoI supposed to telegam every single one, esp. when you cant tell if they are new to the region after about 5 people do something in the regional happenings screen. If I have all my stuff wrong(which quite honestly could be the case) then please enlughten me. I need it! -one solution to this would be to have a welcome message lodged where everyone can see it on our nationstates region page-plus it would be a lot easier and less time consuming. Thanks!! Well, it is possible to appoint a deputy who's responsible for sending welcome TGs. As for nations that die out, just go through all of the nations in the region (click on "List all nations" in the region page and click on every one, and list the ones that have not been on for 15 days or more - it is kind of time consuming, so, again, you can appoint a deputy).

Ok...is it according to their most recent government activity? When listing the ones that die out, Do all of the nations always appear on the same page??-For example-Ness is the number 1 nation on page 1. If so, You could assign certain pages to each person/"deputy" right??-I have also been sending out Welcome Telegrams to all of the nations I have recruited so...fyi I guess lol

Yeah, if the most recent government activity is 15 days or higher, those are the ones that should be listed. Not all nations appear on the same page, they are listed in the order they arrived in Hyrule. If you want, you can assign pages to a deputy, but some just might prefer going through all the nations and finding out who's been inactive and such. Thank you very much for recruiting! It is appreciated.

On the subject of holidays.
Being the kind of state I am, I'd favour some non-denominational festivities that the whole community could join in. A few suggestions: -
A Hyrule founding day.
The equinoxes - spring, summer, autumn/fall, winter (the people of my "environmentally stunning" nation are very closely in touch with the seasons).

Well, no one knows when Hyrule was really founded (it was back in 2003, but no one knows the exact date), but we can use the date the region was re-founded (6 August) for that.
